I know one very interesting coin called TAU (True Asset Unit), which works on the POT (Proof-of-Transaction) consensus algorithm. Soon, already on May 25th, it will be possible to mine via a smartphone and, you don’t need to have powers like on POW algorithm or a lot of coins like on POS. All you need is to have a sufficient transaction history.

By the way, where is the source code? And it's not for nothing. You can probably build an x64 miner and mine on xeon. And someone did it. I think that's why hashrate is like this. So this coin is very similar to a Scam.

LMAO Nope

It seems not profitable. You can mine this coin through a smartphone that doesn't make the coin profitable. Many smartphones can cause burn issue because of this whole day mining process. Once I tried electroneum coin to mine on my phone and the result was full of disappointment!
I’ve tried to mine using smartphone and I have found out not profitable. Exactly, this is why I stop mining coin using smartphone which causes problem and not worth it at all.

Since I came in contact with this thread, I have been trying to follow the progress of the project but seems to me like a pipe dream, there are some things that are not meant to be, the risk to reward of mining with smart phones is very high, and looking at what people are getting for their effort it doesn't worth it.

Yes, still there are many people mining Electroneum on the mobile phone but the percentage we are getting is very low through this mobile mining app, due to the market conditions the price of ETN coin is useless to mine them on the mobile phone. Even fed up with ETN mining through the mobile app.

I calculated mining MIB coins in a smartphone had a little loss, you try to think, I tried a day of mining only got 10 MIB coins, with the current price of 1MIB = $0.025

Yes, we are moving. Farm of the phones. Do not know, and that's how profitable it is? The question is different. How phones withstand the load. Ventilation is absent, constant electric power heats the batteries. How much is this smartphone. And there are versions that can still explode.
I think the benefits obtained are not as much as the capital used because mining uses smartphones and it is very dangerous, smartphones are not suitable for mining.
well, when you feel that mining coins is a profitable thing, I think selling smartphones and buying GPUs specifically for mining is far better and has little risk. well, maybe seeing pictures mining using a smartphone on this thread is new to me. but, I think this is quite dangerous.
Definitely so. Phones as a means of performing computational tasks are not even on a par with modern computers. There's nothing to say else

There are 2 days left before the opening of deposits. I wonder how much the coin price will drop after the token swap.
Millions of coins mined pawnshop owners. The coin does not have any special qualities, except that mining on the phone. So what? Now it is not uncommon.

If you do not mind, I will post here a link to the pool, which I use myself. http://god.mibpool.com . The project is really interesting. Most importantly, mining does not load the processor. If look more deeply, then in fact it is an imitation of mining. Therefore, for a smartphone, you can not worry too much.

Hi! MIB Miner actually uses the processor to compute real hash algorithm. The smart algorithm which is suited for mobile device enables Smartphones to mine cryptocurrency.
If I am to make a comparison here ,Electroneum did announce some sort of mining simulations, not making use of the phone processor (not really mining). If MIB were to offer something different, that would be impressive. My only fear is that it could take a huge toll on the phone's durability. Real mining is a drain on any device or are there safeguards against this?
This will not damage the smartphone as it is because this is native mining that does not use an Android processor and only simulate mining. so there will be no bad side effects on the smartphone

the phone cannot withstand the heat generated by mining. i think: it is not really mining. it may just send coins at regular intervals. i won't take risks and use my own mobile phone.
