Can someone explain to me why pending balance is still at 0 despite the high number of shares that have already been submitted successfully?
i am mining at pool.edollar.cash

I'm assuming you just barely started mining within the last couple of hours right? If that's the case then it's perfectly normal. Your pending/paid balance only goes up when the pool finds a block and that given block has a maturity depth of 60.
Thanks for the answers guys!
Just needed to waite a bit moore, works now.

I'm mining the coin but I'm starting to have some doubts regarding the legitimacy.

There're quite a few things that ring a bell of warning, IMHO:

1. gmail email for contact. Can't you handle your own servers ?
2. spell errors in the description. Seems somebody got tired towards the end and didn't even proof-read it.
3. misleading symbol. EDC is EducoinV and not edollar. Got me as it's a listed coin (Cryptopia).
4. speaking of exchanges: nothing. Can this be traded ?
5. funding: getting listed takes money. did you raise capital? do you have any ?
6. elusive: who are you guys ? speaking plural but no photos, names. not even handles.
7. site is down: atm I see nginx default page. Really ?

I could go on, but you get the idea. It does not look good.

I see what you're getting at also. The grammar is pretty bad but doesn't necessarily mean they were lazy about proof reading it. Could simply mean the devs don't use english as their first language. I saw the exact same thing with sumokoin when it first launched. It also had super choppy english (which is why I didn't mine early on) but was later fixed. No coin ever launches on exchanges unless it is an ICO or is partnered with a exchange as part of a fork. You can't expect this coin to pop up, have massive newtork hashrate and be trade ready. It takes time. They alreay meantioned the have 2% of the coins in cold storage for future funding/bounties for multiple things. Them being elusive doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad thing. Satoshi is as elusive as they get yet nobody complains about Bitcoins creater being unamed really. They also already mentioned the VPS for the site is having issues which can't be fixed until Jan 2 due to the holidays (new years).

I do get what you are getting at though. I have had some doubt myself aswell but am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt until after new years since I undestand these holiday seasons can be very busy and difficult to work with since everything is closed.

I also have no problems mining on that pool, if one doesn't receive payments, he should check their wallet address, maybe there was some typos somewhere.

Mining pool:
USA https://pool.edollar.cash  <<< not stable
Singapore http://pool.electronicdollar.org  << show wrong data but pay money properly
EU https://edc.luckypool.io/ << seems good
http://edollar.cryptoserver.nl <<< no comment

Luckypool is a SCAM

After few days minning, no payment and no due cryptocurrency.
In the Discord channel they say it's because a problem processing low hashrate miners, but they don't care in keeping inviting people in different forums and hasn't even add a warning in their site; they just keep welcoming new miners who are never paid.

I have verified this with other 3 miners experiencing the same issues i did.

Regards,

Lucky pool has been working flawlessly with all my miners. It has the highest network hash for a reason. If it wasn't working nobody would be mining it which obviously isn't true. What hashrate are you pushing and what's your address to verify your shares. Seems like you're either exagerating or doing something wrong on your end. Unless you're like pushing 5h/s which would make sense lol

simply getting the job done
Hallo Dev, sorry, I just wanted to ask you a little thing, why do not you create a logo for your project? I think the name of your project is very simple to make a logo. Maybe just a letter "E" + picture dollar money? I think that's cool. Sorry, just a suggestion.

half hash rate network on the https://edc.luckypool.io.

I don't see the difference, even if you see it shows differently, it must have something wrong with the display, network hashrate is one value everywhere.
