Hi dev,

My hashrate is stable at 1.5KH and diff is also, but my reward varies a lot!! I should receive 30 EDC every 10 minutes but sometimes I got only 9 EDC!!!

Can you check the pool to see if everything is still working properly?

It's actually fairly common for coins without ICOs get listed in exchanges. In the last few months alone we've seen BTCZ, SUMO, SIG and many more. It takes time to build reputation to hit larger exchanges, but that's common sense.
