Very few gamblers or newbies actually read the FAQ section because I experienced that myself too.
I was too lazy to read the FAQ section because I thought the rules weren't too different and I just had to try not to gamble with big money.
But after time, I found that I was wrong and from then on, I tried to read the FAQs even though not all of them and only read the important ones.
And I agree it's better to ask the support service if we are not familiar with the rules.
to be honest i never read it either and always skip it when registering casino, but when i want to play with big money bet i have to read the FAQ and some casino rules but if just want to test with small money bet i usually skip it, i also don't recommend people Like me, it's important to read the FAQ even if it's just the important parts because that can avoid problems later due to ignorance.
It's better not to get ourselves into trouble by skipping reading the FAQ because reading the FAQ is the most important part so we don't break any of the rules in the casino.
We want to play gambling safely and quietly at the casino, so we must make sure to know what the rules are.
Even if you are using small money, you better not skip reading the FAQ because, who knows, you might accidentally win a lot of money so you want to withdraw the winnings right away.
That way, you can know what you must do to get the winning money.
Agreed, Every gambler should read the terms and condition thoroughly before engaging in any new gambling site. But most of the gamblers skip these topics but those who skip the FAQ may be he can face big loses. Every gambler should thoroughly read the FAQ of that site even once. If a gambler has a large amount of money it can be very unwise to avoid it. Betting amount is not the fact weather it is small or large but everyone should read carefully FAQ before registering.

These things sometimes tend to be quite hard, because when you enter a casino the least you think about is reading all the terms and conditions, apart from the fact that they are quite long, at the time of registering what you least think about is reading but rather reading. do it quickly to take advantage of everything in the casino, I think this can be interpreted as an emotion to be able to play the most games possible, this is something that cannot be avoided on occasions, the only thing is that when you choose promotions and bonuses, well, no it is read, that is where the problems and inconsistencies come in, and where the annoyances begin.

but as I experienced there are some casinos outside the forums that have implemented AI as a customer support helper when the problem is not so complicated the bot or AI will respond quickly, but if the question or problem is more complicated the bot will give instructions to chat directly with the support team original.
so it's likely that most casinos already have AI in place for use on customer support to help the support team answer less complicated questions.

regarding AI being used in the field of slot games, it will definitely be more complicated to learn and I had thought like this but I again ignored my thoughts because I thought it would be so complicated to understand and learn.

You mean, for slot players or for developers? Because I think nothing can be too complicated for players. I mean, it can be extremely complicated in the back end realm, but for users it will be made easy to understand, that's what I'm sure of. Modern slots, even without AI in them, are not that simple mechanisms, and yet we can play them, having no clue about how they work. I'm looking forward eagerly for some slots with AI implemented. And I think we'll see the first ones no later than this Summer.

If you don't want to ask your players to submit KYC then I guess this is a non-licensed casino. We all know that licensed casino must require KYC if that's what you want to run. Anyway, welcome to the forum and what cryptocurrencies will you accept and do you bave a team or you run the casino yourself. If you did it alone then that's lot of work to do. It seems you really want people to gamble anonymously not that I don't like it but many people want to gamble anonymously and most casinos nowadays is norm to require KYC if necessary.

Talking about licenses is important and not important for a gambler, but yes I myself when talking about gambling I don't want to do KYC because basically my identity and my residence id will be in the hands of other people, which maybe one day gambling owners can sell it to manipulate .

I think it will be very difficult if you open a self-managed casino, starting from planning, capital, service, problems, advertising and so on, it will take time and take extra effort, yes it might make OP exhausted.

Including I also want to gamble anonymously, but security and service are of the highest quality so that anonymous gamblers also don't need to feel doubtful about the gambling that you are building.

Having the chance to choose between anonymous gambling and having to share our personal details with the casino and maybe even the government I think that everybody would prefer to stick to anonymous gambling. The problem is however that the regulation for online gambling is slowly changing. There was a huge boom in the online gambling industry because of the long covid lockdowns. While at the moment it might still be possible for some casino to operate without KYC, we are seeing that for larger transactions KYC becomes mandatory. In Europe and North America there is a lot of political pressure to regulate the online sector more and try to get rid of money laundering globally. That is why I think that in the future there will be no way around KYC on all the major casinos. I kind of got used to it by now and hopefully the security of the casinos is going to rise with their popularity. After losing all my money, the second biggest fear for me is a breach of my personal data at a casino. Any new casino that is coming to the crypto world now should keep and close eye on the regulatory requirements and be prepared to change their withdrawal procedures to not get into trouble with the law.

I think It's not very important for gamblers that a casino must have a license because they don't need license to be able to play and casinos may run without license and it would be a different situation if a country does not allow a casino to operate if they don't have casino. In my country, gambling is allowed and there are casinos present here in my place but they are required to have license to continue operating the casino or running the casino. In this case, an online casino may have a license or not because it depends on what country that the owner live and that's why some required KYC (require to ask KYC because of the license they have and must comply or they will be forced to shutdown their casino and termination of their license) and some casino doesn't require KYC.

we have all the rights in choosing casino mate , and we are free from depositing to which. so yes only play in reputable casino and has banner here in bitcointalk.
That's right, friends, it's your own right to choose which casino and where to deposit, because you are gambling using money so you will choose the best casino and be registered on this forum.
The difference in choice between me and you will definitely occur because the casino criteria according to you and me are different but still have similarities regarding trust and good reputation.
Therefore I really respect what is your choice and I have no right to prohibit it.

Be careful and whatever your choice, I hope it will give you good luck, friend.
We do have our own criteria and preference and this is why our choices would really be just different to each other which is really a normal approach. You cant really just be that telling to someone to stick
out on the site you do like but somewhat its not bad to recommend sites which they might be able to like it too but of course it would be still falling down on someones preference and liking
when they do chose up on which site they would really be playing on. The more competition the better to us gamblers or players on which we could really be able to choose
up on what are the sites and places on which we might able to like.

But how many gamblers actually read the FAQ section of a casino? Very few if I were to guess, after all when gamblers do not even take the time to read the TOS of the casino and then complain about the policies they accepted upon their registration then I can easily conclude even less people read the FAQ, so an AI which could go beyond the FAQ and the TOS and answer more complex questions will be a great help for the casinos, even if many gamblers would prefer to interact with another person when asking those questions.
It's true, friends, only a few gamblers want to read the FAQ section and the TOS section because it takes a little time to read at length the contents of all the FAQs and TOS that already exist in every casino.
The average gambler doesn't want to read everything and when a problem occurs they will just complain and complain to support or submit their complaint in the forum.
Maybe using AL to be able to provide all the clarity regarding casino rules or policies can help gamblers who are too lazy to read to know everything that should be done and what not to do.
But it will take time for the casinos to actually add AL development to their services.

that's the purpose of the faq section, those repetitive and simple questions can easily be found on the site itself. now, if the question is more complicated, that's when technical support is needed. every site should invest on actual support not only bots to answer questions because that's when some users will get frustrated to get direct answer from their issues.
as a player, i still prefer to have actual person answering your questions, that is, if it is not found in their faq section. always best to talk to a real person.

That's mostly because there haven't been proper AI bot answering in those questions. They have been basic bots that will just pushing possibly relevant quotes from a faq. Real AI could actually be more helpful. And as always after that fails (as eventually they will) there will need to be a human with proper training and understanding how to fix problems or how to direct them to right persons.

AI should only deal with menial tasks but it would most likely shorten the help desk queue.

Using AI has advantages as well as disadvantages. When asked for help with a common problem they can provide it in a very short time and most gamblers have some common problems that are very easy to solve by this. Again there may be some complicated problems where the bot cannot solve that. If there is a live customer service representative there is a better solution to that problem. But overall this eye works very effectively.
Anyone that ever worked at some form of customer support knows that the majority of the problems or questions that you will encounter will repeat themselves over and over again and they can be resolved relatively quickly, however  there are a few cases which require to look very deeply into the problem in order to find a solution, for the former an AI is the perfect solution as it can solve those queries very rapidly, but for the latter you need a human which knows what they are doing.
I've been in customer support and I can surely back your statement here that most of the questions or problems that customers face are repetitive ones that require the same solution to be provided over and over again which is sometimes frustrating too, but you can't do anything and do what you are supposed to do.

Automation for that is definitely possible, especially if AI is used since it can always spin the answer for every different customer to provide the feel that it is not a computer-generated answer for the sake of customer satisfaction. And for the more complex issues, there can always be a human operator available to whom the AI can transfer the problems to.
Most of sites nowadays not limited to gambling sites but also into others which FAQ are been given out and on the time if some users do tend to pop up that contact us or chat button then most of the words
given is something that do shows very common questions which does have that very common answers or responses on which it would really be a save of time and expenses on hiring up someone just to answer
those very common problems but its true that its always been that recommendable on having that support which would really be that active because there are various situations or conditions
which cant really be answered or not to those common but rare ones which would be needing to be answered by real person or staff.

They use bots for customer support because their common questions are answered very quickly for customers so they set up a bot to answer some common questions.  But when you ask something beyond that common question.  Of course a person will answer your question but you have to wait for some time. But currently AI is widely used and now customer support is going to be more easier.  So you must first be sure that you got the correct answer to your question. In that case, it doesn't matter who answered it, human or bot
Bot services can only answer general questions but for specific questions maybe the service must be responded to by humans for the best answers, I think gambling has both of them for service priority to members because every day many members send messages to the service to improve the casino site, so service factor can also increase the reputation of the casino.
Yes, I also mentioned that a bot can only answer general questions, which the casino has set its bot to answer. But if a question is out of the ordinary question or unknown to the bot then a person must answer the question as a person who is engaged as a customer service of some site. Of course, when a site is very popular and has a huge number of users, it is not possible for a small number of customer services to provide fast service.  So in that case the sites have to take help of the bots and set the questions which they target to repeat as common questions in the bot.

Yes, what you are referring to is how players should be treated, customer service in casinos is very important, people who have a vocation for service should be put in, because they will normally deal with customers who are upset and who have some kind of of stress that will be reflected in your tone of writing or speaking, the job of customer service is to know how to receive this type of complaint and take it in a direction so that the problem is Resolved very quickly and thus Avoid all types of conflict with the person and that he is happy, that is something very vital in a casino.

It is kind of a well know marketing matter, you can go cheap and save in costs and provide a basic, no frills service with not much added value, but make it very affordable for that type of public, but casinos are usually the opposite, instead players tend to like a very good service and bonuses and promotions, but they would compromise in costs and chances.

although AI can be of great help to people, in the case of support service it needs to be a person working in support, I say this because customer problems vary from case to case, people may think that as two or more people have talked about blocked accounts so everyone has the same problem, when in fact this would be far from the truth, one customer may describe having their account blocked after using another computer, another customer may say having their account blocked after using VPN and another person can say that they had their account blocked after they won a lot and tried to withdraw

as you can see the three people had their accounts blocked but for different reasons, but if there was an AI in support they would not understand this, they would interpret this case as being the same problems, but in the case of a human in support they would immediately realize that they are very different cases and I would pass this problem on to the employees responsible for solving customer problems, I see that having a guy in support is something of extreme importance and an AI will not be able to overcome a person in support, I hope that in the future casinos will be able to have numbers of phones in many languages in support, this would make it easier for customers to report their problems faster
