ChatGPT is the first big successful project that is attracting everyone to AI and creating hype for AI.  And we know that after something new is launched, many alternatives to it start to appear in the market. Similarly, technology like ChatGPT will start coming and it will be used in different places.  It is natural that this can play an important role for any live support as well. AI is able to work faster than humans because it is a bot so if it is used it will be possible to get faster support.  Support reply doesn't matter whether it's human or bot.  Because getting the right information and finding something is our main purpose
ChatGPT still has its flaws and can sometimes provide inaccurate information, I haven't used GPT-4 yet but I heard that it is way too advanced compared to ChatGPT on so many levels especially when it comes to quick and more accurate responses. Using GPT-4 for customer support can probably be a viable solution for any platform but only if it can be customized and additional information can be fed to it.

Additional information about the platform, its products, and services, terms, and conditions, etc. will help the AI to provide accurate and on-point responses to customers' queries and will help increase the customer support level of the platform.

This is not the best for me  and I don't like something like this. I prefer talking to a live support than taking to a AI that may not under what i mean. It is good that IA is a good option to me is not the best option for now that that are some customers that are very annoying or does not have time to be explaining to a AI reply.
I would think that most persons prefer to talk to another instead of interacting with an AI which can  give you a bunch of solutions that do not apply to your problem, however the ones that decide what kind of system they want to put in place to deal with their customers are the casinos, and there is little doubt that as time passes we will have to interact with AI more and more as it is way cheaper for them to do this than to pay several employees to do this job.

Talking to AI is really a problem, need to create a good support service urges many companies to try out ambiguous solutions, like AI in support service. It takes much more time to get a problem solved, and in most cases ends up talking to a person from support team, but many entrepreneurs still think that it's a brilliant idea to swap support teams with AI.

when you are experiencing any challenges in any platform the easiest place they will respond to you very fast or quickly is true the life chat and I believe that if it is a proper lady still there platform with good document that require email I think you can also communicate with them through email chat and the information will be attentive and whatever thing they ask you to do it will be the possible way to sort out the problem

In specific cases, I doubt that AI can replace a human being.

maybe, for simple inquiries, the site can use bots. but if the questions or issues are already a lil bit of complex, the bot can transfer it to a human agent. i've encountered such support in some trading sites. at first, the bot will respond on you and will give you the options what your problem is, if it is not on the list, they will eventually transfer it to a real person to further assist you with your concerns.

If it's done fast, before a customer can be annoyed, then it's a great solution in my opinion. But just "eventually" is not good enough. A customer may not wait for it, and walk away cursing the site.

I do agree that many problems can solved by bots, but definitely not all of them. Also, it's a big question what's easier, to program the bot properly or just hire a human to do the job.

but the problem is ? this isn't an easy task creating new way to attract gamblers because we already knew that there are almost similarities to all gambling games and ways as there are existing for how many years now and creating new is really hard.
So far, everything in the world of gambling and casinos has almost everything in common, in fact, no casino has a different advantage than most other casinos.

This is what we need on seeing something which hadnt been offered on this market yet on which we would really be liking to see if ever there would be some gambling platforms which be offering something new into this market.We do have lots of gambling sites as of this moment which do offers the same type or number of games which turns out that people do really get bored or really not much interested.
