Absolutely you got it right.  Live support is one of the best thing looking for gambler before they play in a particular casino it because through live support we feel comfortable enough to play with them and also if we have additional question then people in their services provide what we are needing then it's a big good and positive for us. The more the responsive the casino is the more the customer will come.
The influence of live support from casino services is very good for increasing the reputation and quality of the casino in terms of service to members, the team will add a responsive combination of bots and humans to provide responses to every complaint that has been reported, so the bot function will provide responses to basic problem complaints but service from human will provide the most detailed answer of the problem to solve quickly.

Yup All casino sites want their site's live support to be better and faster.  Because gamblers focus on which site has good live support and is able to solve any problem quickly.  Gamblers are more attracted to casino sites that have good and fast customer support. So casino sites try to improve customer support to set themselves apart from other casinos and attract more gamblers.  For this gambling sites are used by humans as well as bots.  And it can be assumed that AI will be used in the coming days and customer support will be more improved when AI is used

They use bots for customer support because their common questions are answered very quickly for customers so they set up a bot to answer some common questions.  But when you ask something beyond that common question.  Of course a person will answer your question but you have to wait for some time. But currently AI is widely used and now customer support is going to be more easier.  So you must first be sure that you got the correct answer to your question. In that case, it doesn't matter who answered it, human or bot
Bot services can only answer general questions but for specific questions maybe the service must be responded to by humans for the best answers, I think gambling has both of them for service priority to members because every day many members send messages to the service to improve the casino site, so service factor can also increase the reputation of the casino.
Yes, I also mentioned that a bot can only answer general questions, which the casino has set its bot to answer. But if a question is out of the ordinary question or unknown to the bot then a person must answer the question as a person who is engaged as a customer service of some site. Of course, when a site is very popular and has a huge number of users, it is not possible for a small number of customer services to provide fast service.  So in that case the sites have to take help of the bots and set the questions which they target to repeat as common questions in the bot.

There are some casino sites that program a bot to answer the basic questions of the gamblers or players or those people who inquire about their services which is pretty good if they program a bot to make their work easier it because the customers services will be busy if all the question   even basic questions will entertained. But like you said if the customer ask or chat that the bot can not answer then the people who in charge the customer services will handle it. And that's the way of casino.

Yeah, that's right. Also AI as well as other features are going to be used in improving stability and eliminating bugs in casino. Moreover, withdrawal and min bet amounts can be also dynamically fixed by AI, so that more users will be in favor of using a certain casino site.

I think it's normal for casinos to use bots to help their members who want to find answers, but usually, the bot will provide a choice of answers from what we ask. In addition, the bot will also provide options for us to wait for a support service agent to provide a more detailed answer. This I came across in a casino and maybe using a bot is to answer questions people are used to asking.

So I guess before we go to the support service agent, we will deal with the bot first and finally meet the agent. Perhaps, the agent is servicing another customer so a bot is answering them for a while and once the support service agent is done with that customer, they will come straight to us.

Yes, I've noticed that too. In fact, some casinos are even using chatbots to personalize the customer experience. For example, the bot can remember a customer's preferences and suggest games or promotions that might interest them. It's a great way to enhance the overall experience. I think AI technologies like ChatGPT are becoming increasingly popular because they offer a level of convenience and personalization that was not possible before. With ChatGPT, for example, you can have a conversation with a virtual assistant that can answer your questions and even provide suggestions based on your interests. It's amazing how far we've come with technology. I'm curious to see what other new AI technologies will emerge in the casino industry in the future.

You are absolutely correct, this is something I've experienced my self some few days ago, I had some issues with a banking firm in my country, I decided to open a chat with their customer care through their app, for about 10 minutes of more, I actually felt and thought I was chatting with a real human being, I only got to discover it was a bot responding to my queries due to the speed at which it responded, and also it's ability to answer some questions correctly towards the time I was already wondering if I was chatting with a real human being..

Indeed, tech have come off a very long way, and the most interesting thing is, it's seems like it's just the beginning, I pray we don't come to a point where humans becomes completely useless to organizations and companies, and have bots/Ai do everything.

Using bot for customer services seems not ideal to me because it should be a live interaction with a client  with live response and not a programmed bot to answer a real complaint from a client. This does not augur well as some times if the complaints are not well received by the bot puts the conversation hanging as it can neither give you a concrete answer.  This aspect makes gamblers uncomfortable as they do not get derived satisfaction from the customer care sometimes, gamblers do chat with customer care before they decide to deal with casinos and in a situation like this when a bot is the one responding to them what do you think they would do? I have had that experience so it does not make any sense you wanting to play a game and to your greatest surprise upon interacting with customer care and you find out it is a bot responding to you. It would be assumed the casino is not ready for business.

I can understand that casinos want to reduce their expenses and if they can reduce some of that load with the use of bots that is OK, however there are some companies that take this to the extreme and replace completely their customer support with bots and this is not a good idea, as there are limits to what a bot can solve, and when that limit is reached then humans need to take over and give a response to the gamblers and solve their problems as soon as possible.
its very annoying to see a casino using a bot as customer support its really bad for me and usually if a casino uses a bot to reply to all the customer complaints i tend to stay away from the casino. because if customer service uses bots and provides answers that have been designed in such a way as possible but cannot solve customer problems or complaints that will extend the problem solving time.

I prefer casinos that have genuine customer service or use humans, so any problems will be resolved quickly compared to bots.
so if there is someone who wants to create a gambling site, must consider this matter.

You probably didn't notice that bots are only set to answer simple questions that are common and people ask over and over again. And the bot gives a soothing reply and a customer is asked to wait patiently for a while and after a while a human joins the live chat and resolves the issue. You have to understand that a human can never work as fast as a bot so a customer needs some time to engage with the service and bots try to spend some time during this time.

As far as I know, some of them used bots just to answer the usual question, and there are already usually instructions after the customer wants to continue talking to a real CS or humans. I understand that because I once made such a bot and at the end, there is a directions for customers if want to talk with a real humans. And there's nothing wrong either, because when the site is crowded, lots of usual questions which can be answered by machine, they can do other things, So he just doesn't sit waiting for the report, so that useful for effectiveness.

Yes, that's true, as I have experienced when there was a problem in a certain casino, I tried to contact customer service and at that moment I felt that the one answering my every question was a bot, but when I wanted to ask further, there was a choice of chatting directly with customer service. real or human.
I agree that bots can be used in customer service to save more time for the support team to solve other problems and when there are a lot of customers who have complaints there will usually be a queue number to talk directly to human CS.
Maybe some people who have never experienced this problem definitely disagree if the casino service support uses bots for several reasons such as being unsatisfactory and not solving the problem immediately.

Customer service using bots is not the right thing because when gamblers experience problems and report to the support team but only bots provide feedback, the problem cannot be resolved immediately.
The point is that gamblers report to the support team because there is hope that any problems that occur can be immediately handled and resolved.
Lately there have been several casinos that I have found in their support using bots when providing feedback to customers and if this continues it does not rule out the possibility that many gamblers will leave because they are not satisfied with the support services at the casino.
a bot is an assistant that is built using an algorithm and contains a standard command, so every answer that is expressed by a bot has been set in such a way. with the emergence of AI at this time it seems that it would be better if gambling sites adopted AI-based bots because the answers provided by AI would definitely be much better than ordinary bots.
I know that and gamblers don't like it when casino support services use bots or AI.
Gamblers contact the support service to solve all problems quickly, not to get or hear answers given by bots or AI.
If you yourself have a problem with the casino, then you contact the support service and only bots or AI respond, can you get a solution to your problem?

I just want to add that although customer support bots work well in some cases, especially if it's a bot that uses AI with natural language processing, I would recommend to use such bots on gambling sites yet. Maybe in the future they will be so advanced that they will replace humans completely, but today's bots are annoying. And the last thing you need is to annoy your customers, right? I personally enjoy talking to real people on customer support chats. And I can say, I had mostly great experience with them.

I think having a bot in customer support is not a good idea, let's take an example in the case of a casino. when someone creates a casino and wants that same casino to become a serious, reliable casino with a good reputation, then that person will obtain a license, will put TOS that do not make life difficult for customers, will put FAQ (frequently asked questions) and then the casino will run a training course for its employees who will work in the customer service department, in the customer service department the workers have to be human who can think calmly and be kind to customers and also able to solve problems customers' problems without having to take days because the problem is forwarded to other workers in the company's technical department to solve

what I assume has happened is that in the casino there are people working in support with only very limited knowledge about how the casino works, and when I talk about people with limited knowledge I am saying that they are people who are there in support just to do the following:

1 - greet the customer
2 - listen to the customer's problem
3 - forward the customer's problem to another department

the support guy probably doesn't know:

1 - Casino TOS
2 - All casino games
3 - programming
4 - game providers
5 - news of problems such as bug in the casino and game providers

so the support guy doesn't have the skills and competence to solve the customer's problem at the same time that he is interacting with the customer, so the customer has to wait days for a solution, if with humans as customer support employees it's already chaos, imagine using bot? the problem will get much worse

i have two very good domains and im trying to collect as much info as i can  about opening crypto gaming website that not require kyc and makes instant withdrawals.
First i was thinking about bitcoin crash game only - like bustabit but better, like adding bonuses and more crypto deposit and withdrawal options, more modem UI, But since im not a developer and can't write anything i want "like wake up in the morning and oh let's write best crypto exchange app" haha ,so i have to buy ready made script or hire developer and it would cost me thousands if not more

Later i stated to think about full casino scrip like win5x, but why my casino would be better than others? 0 reasons why. even Spribe Sales said that aviator game cost 5000eur + 3000eur every month, but casinos like cloudbet have 100s of these 3rd games, so that means to have some of these evolution, bgaming games i need to have prepared at least 150k usd + monthly payments ? i would prefer 0 monthly fee, just revenue % share with them
 Shocked

I don't think there is any bad domain in the creation of website. Even if you use maudo as a domain name, it is good. There is no domain is more important than the others. But the contents and services you have will attract more customers to the site and not the domain name.
It is possible that you can create a gambling website that instantly pay customers without asking of KYC. Even you ask KYC let it be that you out the customer's win so there will no accusation of fraudulent activities among the two parties.

You don't have to buy already made script, if you buy it, you will still need a developer to create the site so instead just hire a professional developer to do the needful neat work for you.
