I'm not buying but I just want to let you know that your price is too cheap considering scammers could use the paypal account and could scam thousands of USD. But you're selling it for just $25? If this is your account beware that your name is attached to this account.
In one way they are cheap, but I can get and have gotten full profile info for hundreds of people at less than $1 per profile, that is name, social and everything, which can, in turn be used for a Paypal account...and we sold those for around $10 per profile, so this is not too bad in terms of the effort to make the Paypal account, just saying.
