Even I did.But nowadays paypal account details are checked across various databases specifically US ones.So if u open a paypal with fake details then u are mosst likely to get banned.
I didn't see any Vouch from trusted members. Do you provide any gaurenty for the account you sell? Like one one month or more?

I dont understand, even after you give the RDP for 1 month, after that one month expires and i have to use my own IP to access the account, wont my account be limited then?
buy a VPS with one year or private US Proxy ! i do this !
