If I sign up on steemit.com how do I associate that balance with the account? And is there a section on steemit.io or any posts on steemit itself that cover these sorts of things?
Maybe I think Steem is a good project. Even reviewers from Revain say that Steem is a very good project, that's why I think Steem's value is higher than $ 3. And the future will continue to improve the performance of a professional team.
Also the insotice is nice. I hope to see some very well written and interesting articles in the future and I hope steemit lives long. Long live steemit ! Also backed by its own currency is amazing.

That happens a lot, it's not only you, as they are still processing each application manually! If you really want a Steemit account and you don't want to wait, you may try for a paid account using anon.steem ! Personally, I didn't use anon.steem, I have registered my Steemit account the clasic way, I don't know if it works, how it works, this is just a simple sugestion! Please, do your own research and it's up to you

No need to pay for your account, I wouldn't recommend anon steem as their fee is high. Best is to wait/try again to register. My first application went no where as was waiting over 1 month, then decided to register again...
That is my opinion too, registering the classic way is the best option! As I said, I've never used it and don't know how it works, it's only a sugestion, an alternative if he wants that account immediately
No need to hold much time...If any one hold at least 1 month Steam he would be gain a lot of money.....

I think is the best time to hodl more steam and buy more steam. It may dip on coinmarketcap, coingecko, and on revain but I think it is a boon for us who invest more and wait more months.

I am very happy to use steemit blog very helpful my work steemit the best. and hopefully will be better again in the future
No offense. But If you would try to improve your English it will give your more chances to get some attention from community as well. Steemit is very nice, but nobody likes to read horrible texts

I think SBD price reaches above Steem because whales try to pump it. As a whale author that is what benefits you. Why did Steem rise more than Steem Backed Dollar?
But maybe, traders outside of Steem ecosystem are realizing that Steem is the main coin of Steemit ecosystem and theoretically its price should be higher than SBD, which is pegged to $1. So that might be reason for higher value of Steem. But when it comes to Steem and SBD, it is really hard to guess why their price went up and down. Steemit is not as decentralized as advertised, and the benefit of few whales is what actually drives its prices.

I read alot about Steem backed Dollar and STEEM. Many came to the conclusion, that Steem backed Dollar will be soon pegged to the USD again, like at the beginning. And only STEEM should be the one of them who should have massive gains. No guarantee, but this is how many think about it.
