If you love STR and want it to skyrocket, please take the time to vote on public roadmap of stellar. There are many new great things are being developed :
- Refactor Facebook giveaway
- Facebook security heuristics and implementation
- Wallet v2 with Time-based One Time Password

Vote here : https://github.com/stellar/stellar-client#public-roadmap

It's your turn now to change the future of STR.

Here is the latest update from Joyce / SDF :

Howdy all. Hope everyone had a safe and happy halloween!

We posted this in our last blog post but wanted to make sure everyone knows that you can now vote on roadmap items. We wanted a clear and public feedback loop so integrated it with our Trello - so go for it:)

https://github.com/s...#public-roadmap

There is also a "Community Contribution" board there for things non-developers can do to help contribute. Thanks!

thx for the link

Wallet Vé is the most important IMHO

Meet Stellar Trade

https://credex.coinexgateway.com/
(Click on 'Access Stellar Trade')

Stellar Trade is a new trading client for trading assets using the stellar Stellar protocol, based off the Credex platform built for our Ripple-based hosted gateway wallets. It works with your existing Stellar.org wallet.

This is a trading client - it is not designed (at this time, at least) to be a replacement for the Stellar.org wallet, it does not have payment capabilities.

How can I add new gateways?

The SDF is still finalizing wallet storage and structure, so for now the assets and gateways are hard-coded into the client. Additional assets and gateways will be considered for addition on this forum thread.

Supported asset/issuer pairs:
  • STR
  • USD.Coinex
  • CNY.RippleFox
  • AUD.Coinex
  • NZD.Coinex
  • BTC.Coinex
  • XRP.Coinex
Why did I build this?

A few days ago, I thought Stellar still did not have a trade tab, so I went out to fix that. A couple hours into development I realized it did, but decided to keep going anyway.

I'm happy to spend time to help move trading out of exchanges and into the protocol itself. It's safer, cheaper (no exchange fees!), and everyone benefits from a giant single order book.

Do I need an account with Coinex?

No, you use your Stellar.org username/password to log in. Your credentials are not sent to Coinex or any other party, they are only used to retrieve your wallet from the Stellar servers. You can verify this - open your browser's development console and check the network statistics. Other than loading the pages from our servers, the client only communicates with the Stellar.org wallet server + stellard node.

I've got a feature request/found a bug!

Great, just post them on this thread, thanks!

Stellar (STR) +7357.14% in the past 3 months

https://www.cryptonator.com/winners-losers
https://www.cryptonator.com/rates/STR-BTC

quite impressive guys )

If you look at those charts carefully, and also check the 90-day chart at https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/stellar/#charts you'll see that trading effectively started from August 8-11th from the 300 satoshies. That gives realistic 3 months increase of 71.6%, instead of that crazy figure you've posted. Although 71.6% is not a bad result, on the contrary.

which is the best site for trade str  without need id verification for wd/dp
I'm using https://poloniex.com without any issues  Wink

Polo is doing good but their STR trading volume is quite low, so I'd recommend https://bx.in.th/BTC/STR/ if you're looking for a bigger one, I think it's the second largest STR trading site after justcoin. I've been using them since august and never had any problems.

yes i think
https://bx.in.th/BTC/STR/
is the best right now

but are you sure they dont need any verification for wd/dp ?
i cant risk it
I wonder why are you afraid ? you're wanted by Interpol?

hahaha
no mate

its proved to me
when a site need id verification, in 80% conditions ill never see my money or it will take 1 year to get approve

They only require id verification information from the customer if the customer request a withdrawal in fiat (Thailand BAHT).

In order to access fiat currency trading you must verify your account with some additional information.
Requesting a withdrawal in crypto is completely anonymous.

Try registering with them. You only need an email address and a password and it's free. Once you have an account you will see you don't need any verification for wd/dp.

I can't believe Justcoin crooks are getting off with their heist unnoticed !  Angry

It is no a problem of justcoin , it was a problem of the  ripple code (TfPartialPayment flag).

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/ripple-tfpartialpayment-causes-gox-style-hack-justcoin-exchange/

WTF people !! So MtGox problem (bad implentation of bitcoin code) is BTC problem ? So Mark K is innocent with you stupid logic !!

It is a problem of the TfPartialPayment  not of justcoin , all exchange that use stellar or ripple could be affected . It is not a bad implementation of the code .

Mark K is not innocent Wink , he robbed a lot of btc.

//Edit .

Please read all the article : https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/ripple-tfpartialpayment-causes-gox-style-hack-justcoin-exchange/

"tfPartialPayment is a feature of Ripple transactions that allow you to attempt to make a payment even if your wallet does not have the full amount."

Don't be arrogant Wink.

justcoin still open?i'm here justcoin want close the website..that true or not?

It will close the 11 of november :

Code:
28 Oct 2014 08:27:23
Dear Justcoin user,

Deposits are closed. Trading will close tomorrow, October 29th. We urge all users to withdraw their funds as soon as possible. Final deadline for withdrawals is November 11th. You may find useful information on wallets at https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawals to process. We will manually batch withdrawals of all currencies. Cancelling a requested withdrawal will put you in the back of the line.

Justcoin is shutting down all operations. Our bank has notified us that it will no longer accept businesses dealing with digital currencies. The same goes for other Norwegian banks. Without a bank account we have no business and need to shut down. This event demonstrates the need for decentralized payment networks.

If you need help or have problems with the withdrawal process please contact [email protected]. We want to thank all our loyal customers for their support and wish you all the best.

Thank you,

Klaus & Andreas, founders.
