yes of course you can believe good ICO, now days lot of ICO are generating, some of them are scam but you should select good team work and good project's ICO and ICO can make you good profit if the project is successful, always learn about the investing ICO project and review about it, only invest money if you can afford to lose, ICO is always risky

The reason why that number is decreasing is because of increase in number of ICOs.

It's time now that few people already believe in the ICO and I even understand why so many people have lost because of this money and therefore I think it's better to buy already existing coins in the market so you can save your money at least.

I don't believe in ICO anymore, owners usally are scammers and many of projects have bad idea or product. To find decent ICO need to waste a lot of time, unfortunatly i have no time for it.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's

Yeah. Cause some Ico is good still now and I believe on them.L last few months we can see many ico is no working as they say in the roadmap. So you have to identify the best ico and invest.
