Yes i still believe in ico. I know that there are many ico's that just a scam, but it doesn't mean all ico's are scam, there are also legit and good ico's. That's why we should study or get knowledge first before we get in. We should be careful in choosing ico's and choose the right one.
If no one will believe in ICO, I guess that would be the end of Crypto because the joy of investment rise in the making of new investments that has the highest risk and gives higher return. Imagine an investor would choose from a lower risk but lower return and a higher one. Basically investors are gamblers but they study hard before they make a certain investment and I see to it that they might choose other kinds of investment like real state other than crypto because it is much safer and gives also high returns.
I believe in ICO somehow, there are still many better and better and better ICOs. though there are some ICOs that are not good, would have gone unhealthy so that we will not lose our trust, the joy of the ICO is all good.
The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically. Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in ICO's.

My positive thoughts about the icos are unfortunately decreasing continuously.I really hope to see great quality campaigns, but instead of that, we see new scam campaign news continuously and I am not sure about that, we will see good campaigns mostly in the future.

No. I don't believe them. now it is very difficult to find a good project. a lot of scammers appeared and people who created the project just to make money that do not care about those who have invested their money.
