The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

The best thing to do right now is find a reliable manager before joining an ico. There are different ico's out there that are starting today but not everyone of them has the chance to become a successful platfrom and that is the reason why we need to check the road map before investing.

I still believe in ICO connected with real life business, like everyone believes in fiat investments are better than crowdfunding Smiley
So, like i heard at Cryptospace Moscow conference, this year all ICO projects will be filtered by traditional industry connection and real use. So, best cases are back-to-back with blockchain augmentation and something established: it can be auto, health and education/edutainment projects. One of the posts up were about vlb, i heard about em, and their team from IBM/Masterchains... something like the real stuff. So we need to filter scam projects from strong ones... don't be stupid, hype is over.

I agree with you, VLB is a great project. Their founder is a well known, they have  advisor team with a great experience amd background, has a bunch of partnership with company that is great in their own respective field, and already has companies (carfix and carprice) which can be integrated to their project, this vlb project is doing a running project, not some empty or blank project, thats why i like them too just like you.

Yes of course, I still believe in ICO's that already have their technology / product in place who wish to actually give participants a token that will actually do something towards their product. I really DON"T trust ICO's now that just hold a whitepaper and nothing more else than this! However there is also an argument that there is somewhat of an over-saturation in the market and that many ICO's no get bought up through the Pre-Sales

Yes of course a lot of successful altcoins came from ICO so I think ICO is still advisable to invest. But always review everything about the ico.Transparency and legalities must be always present.Never put all your money in investing in crypto currency.Always remember "Invest the money that you can afford to lose".

Yes, I still believe in ICO. I do not invest in many ICOs as soon as October 1 or 2, but one of them is for the ticket platform, and I think this is a very good opportunity, and I'm sure it will grow as they distribute the coin. ICO is quite risky, but when we can choose exactly that, ICO can make us get big profits!

i still believe in. some icos are very profitable and some are not. in my opinion in the field of ICO there will be serious changes, it may be introduced regulation by governments.
Me too. I still believe in ICO even though some of them are just scam. On the other hand, most of them are worth it especially if you do research first before investing.

Of course, I believe in ICO, because I invest and it's normal practice when people invest and make their profit from it. Is this not normal? I think that this is correct. The most important thing is to choose the right project, but that's another question.

Yes, I believe in ICO and it seems to me that this will exist for a very long time. This is an excellent mechanism for raising funds for a new project. I think that the world will become much better from this.

ICOs are the biggest potential gainers, but also the greatest risk. So a good amount of research is essential before investing in an ICO. Also gotta keep in mind that more and more projects/ideas gets used up over time, so spotting the big ICO winner gets harder and harder.

Of course, I continue to believe in ICO as a technology and I continue to believe in some projects. I understand that now every day a lot of new projects and not all of them have a future, so you need to carefully study the project from all sides and only then make a decision to invest.

I do indeed, as long as they have wide practical applications. For example, I'm planning to get me some VLB tokens, when they start their ICO.

Some ICO currently only sell the Product but not sell they token, when the ICO token goes to listexchanges it is like releasing the fish into the middle of the ocean, not at all maintained or upgraded. some companies just think how to get funding for the projects they build

Relative, it all depends on what we choose to invest in ICO. some ICO currently still exist such as eth, wave, xrp, etc. and we also need to know xrp recently been working with several banks in the world, so the possibility of ICO can still be believed in my opinion. in addition to large companies such as KODAK, Telegram will soon have its own ICO. we stay even more detail to read every whitepaper project.
