Long term investing and daily speculative trading are two different strategies. You may use both or one of them. Do what you do better. One does not exclude the other.

I do not agree with this opinion. I think that the best option at the moment is to sell and re-purchase in a couple of months, because then the market will reach the bottom, but its growth will take a long time.

TC I am very happy for you. You are a great fellow, that in 20 days you can make a 100% profit. But you must understand that not everyone can afford to devote time to trade. Someone has their businesses in real life, and Bitcoin bought for long-term storage. So people do not need a profit here and now, they prefer to wait.

I no longer hold any of coins. I am just going to purchase some of them once market is going to rebounce. That's how I see it. To my mind there might be a positive growth to most of top crypto currencies!
a good strategy but unfortunately it minimizes profits a little because we can find out whether the market will immediately rebounce if the coin has gone up.
if I personally keep holding my coin because I bought it at a high price last year and I can't take it off when the price falls like now.

I also think that now is not the time for long-term investments. This strategy does not make a profit for the past year. But I hope for the best.

Yes you might think this is crazy but the truth is, you are prone to more risk and uncertainties when you hold. All the price instability is actually sustaining with you holding.

The rule of when the price is moving someone is actually gaining or loosing has more effect on those holding coin.

Over the years I have noticed that trading is still the best! Am gonna share a secret with you.

I make 5% daily profit buying and selling, how do I trade?. I buy Bitcoin with cash and sell 5% higher. I do this daily some times I make more when am able to by the coin cheaper than normal.

In 20days of intensive trading, I make 100% profit. Well, am not very rich because I only like to trade with small funds and I do this to take care of my immediate expenses daily so I don't touch my salary at all cos profits from trades takes care if all these.

Comparing to when you hold, Bitcoin cannot rise above 100% in 20days!!! Forget old days rate, today is reality!

Stop holding coins for years months, that's a lazy and ignorant way to invest.

There are lots of ways you can trade, just find a comfortable trade platform with a very very reliable Escrow service and trade to only trusted people.

Thanks, remain safe.

A well diversified portfolio is the best approach for a good risk management, so it is not a decision to sell or to buy, but rather to diversify.

Investing and trading are different things, maybe you mean "stop investing and start trading", everyone has their own way to make a profit, maybe for those of you who have a lot of time and trading strategies it's better to trade than to invest

Your proposal is easy to say but difficult to follow. Imagine that you traded a lot in 2018. It's not a matter of buying wih 1000$ and selling wih 5% more, when all what happened during the entire last year was price decreasing with 5%, then another 5% and so on. Your plan works better in a bullish market, but not in bearish periods.

I stopped holding coin long time ago. Now I have several coins, but value is almost 0. That's why I prefer not to hold no name coins and I would better select some top 20-100 coins.
Shit coins will get you to bad conditions
now even in the top 20-100 half of the coins is complete garbage that nobody needs. you should just buy bitcoin

That's right. Trading is more profitable than holding a coin for a long time. But, I don't think everyone can trade as you say, because we need to look at the chart and read it to determine when it's right to buy it and when it's right to sell it. So I think more expertise is needed in estimating when the right time to buy it.

Do not listen to people who specifically provoke you to not correct actions. You understand that such actions in general can not be successful. Work as you did before. I'm sure everything will work out and everything will be fine.

Your advice is correct, but I don't think when the market is in a bad condition, it can be profitable to trade unless the market price is significant, only try a few% of the increase and not last long, it still often falls in price. or maybe I was wrong in doing a trading strategy.

Indeed, after such a post there is a smile, in these conditions, 5% of the profits on tokens and coins are unrealistic with constant corrections. I do not think that you told us the whole truth, or at least share your strategy.
