stop panic is something we can't teach to people. I've seen panic happen since March 2018, some did choose HOLD but that only helped a little to keep prices from falling further. I am sure what we do will not be in vain, the price of cryptocurrencies especially Bitcoin will rise again sooner or later.

I think it's normal if some people's get panic when market drop very bad and their investment drop more than 50% for example and i don't know how to believe and don't panic if bad news keep poopping up.
