Each crypto trade has its own way. I personally chose both but different coins and different strategies. Some coins are traded daily and some coins are still being held.
You have done well seeking knowledge from this forum but to my own perspective is better to invest small money which you can loss in day trading. Nobody can predict the market now
I for one that have that much experience in day trading even if I day trade when the market was normal so my best option now is to hodl, so am hodling everything that I have which I believe is safer for me than to risk loosing even though more experienced traders can make profits and accumulate in this bearish market.
i am also holding like you and my portfolio is also very down. still i am holder but one thing i changed in my strategy that whenever i see any pump in my coin i sell off it and buy again at little lower prices. you can say it trading but it is not done in a day.

Well, if you are late since you are a longtime holder, just try day trading just to recover some of your losses. You can actually earn some money through short trading. I am also holding some of my bounty and have lost a huge amount in my folio. So, day trading is the only thing left for me to recover some of my money.

The main strategy now is patient, you need to exercise patience, day trading is a good provided you realy understand the chart. discipline and can be patience sitting infront of the computer unless you have a bot trading for you. Market move is circle and you can not go against the tide, just make sure what you are holding are good projects
