My explanation is correct, I read it from slack:

It happens when the POS block you mined is orphaned
This usually means someone else mined the block and had it accepted by the network before you
If this happens frequently, check your connections
To minimize orphaned blocks, keep the PC clock full synced at seconds level, e.g. :
