Nowadays, I notice most of bounties have strick rules, making bounties more organize and I like that Bounty Manager requesting Proof of Authentication to limit scammer .

It's been one of major mistakes of bounty hunter like me not to read rules and requirements of each bounties ending up not getting stakes so it's very important to read and understand each rules to ensure that we're doing the right thing and not wasting our time and effort.

In my own opinion, the strict rules that we needed is just to create constructive post most likely if you join signature campaigns, because there are other bounty hunters who cannot create a paragraph with correct grammars.

For me before i start to join any bounty campaign i must read it rules first because if i don't like it then i won't join, it is really needed for the bounty campaign is the strict rules because their are many cheater in this forum.

Yes. It is needed to filter out the quality bounty hunters and decline those not so good bounty hunters. Rules can also help detect cheaters. A lot of people abused bounties in the past and it results to poor distribution among those who played fair. Those people who were using multiple accounts should be banned because its not just about cheating, its all about being professional and being fair.

I think strict rules is needed and essential to make bounty campaign run smoothly and keep everything in line and in place. With the popularity of bounty campaigns there have been a lot of participants coming in and these rules tend to filter them and keep the genuine and stop those who are only participating to cheat.

Strict rules in bounties are needed, but to be honest, the rules aren't hard to follow either.
Nevertheless, the rules are good, so that all people are treated fairly.

It is really necessary for bounty rules to be quite strict so as to reduce scam activities in bounties and also to allow genuine bounty participants to get their full reward. However bounty managers should set all their rules right from the commencement of the bounty.
