If we are talking about long-term investment, I will prefer to choose Bitcoin again for the long term, at least 4 and more years.
This is based on what happened right now, we can see the significant increase of Bitcoin so far, experiencing more new ATH during this bullish era although right now the price still hits low.

And about and XRP, we know that they are also top coins. But, I am not sure that I will pick them for long-term investment. It still offers higher risks than Bitcoin.
And moreover we know how the problem of XRP previously, it becomes also one of my considerations. Maybe there will be other problems again in the future.

BTC and ETH are good enough for your portfolio but don't start investing them in a big amount, otherwise, you won't recover once it fails. Just invest on the amount you can manage to lose.

Just make your own research dude. You will not gone wrong if you are your own choice because you believe it from your own point of view. And if ever you fail, i know you will be wiser next time you invest.

Right mate. I agree. Instead of investing in obscure coins, it is better if you venture to invest in more accurate coins like ETH. However, I recommend XRP and Top 10 coins to my friend, the account owner (Ayub83).

XRP is having trouble with regulation and is battling with SEC towards their issue. I don't recommend holding that coin but no one stops them to keep on working on their coin and with its transactions. I would just go with stronger coins that has been said and that's Eth.
It's been tested and is one of the best coins in the market and that's why I wouldn't go with other altcoins that I don't like. I only stay to those that I like.

It's just a technical and way to work in investment, but for a more accurate purpose here is to be able to choose good coins to place on the investment that we want to run, so that we can get some profit, regardless of the size of the big or small.

Short time leads massive profits but long time lead passive income. If you choose good coin to place on the investment things big. Every successful trader has been through hard time in their lives. Those trust over crypto cycle they should hold.

I think you should do your own research on this because it's possible so if other people think it's good you don't necessarily think it's good because basically everyone has their own judgment and you have to do research for that.
besides that this can also be a lesson because basically we often see people here just following other people, especially to billionaires and hoping that there will be so many pumps, but he doesn't learn from the mistakes that have happened.

so do your own research but the research should be on coins that if you think are good at least rank 100 in CMC because I think ranking 100 cmc is very potential to be used as investment material.

better to diversify our assets it we would buy coins worth of $10k , its huge money amount and we have to carefuly decided . Dont ever trapped in Hype of Fomo , always make double check before we decided to invest . Beside existing major project , we could looking for hidden gem that suitable for long term investors.

actually they're a good option when it comes long term. But for me except this two assets there is still a lot of good and trusted project in the market to rely than this two, for example binance and ADA.. Indeed XRP and TRX are not that good these year unlike other top coin .. But probably there's a chance for next year. So if i were if you're really interested in it i suggest to add those coin what I've mentioned as well because for sure you can make a good profits afterwards.. Infact $10k is too big to invest, so much better to divide it incase what will happen in the future.

Looks like you want to invest for such a long time. then my advice is to consider at least to choose from the top 20 coins in the market which will need you to also invest your time to try to research about their recent development and roadmaps. As long as you dedicate your time to do those thongs, the probability of getting the right coins is quite high. unlike those people who randomly choose some coins to invest their money with, they often lose all their capital after several months. XRP and TRX are not a bad ideas though you also find some opportunity on the other top altcoins in the market as well.

well, if i have that kind of money i might go for ethereum and BNB. maybe you can earn big from owning TRX or XRP. however, I think the enormous potential still exists in BNB or ethereum. if you are looking for a long term, then these two coins are the main choice.

It's funny that you list XRP and TRX as good currencies in your statement Roll Eyes

. XRP is basically a centralized currency which is the complete opposite of everything that cryptocurrencies as a whole should stand for, being decentralized and give back power and control to normal people. Tron is basically also a meme-coin that is slowly but surely losing significance as there are now new ETH competitors like Cosmos, Polkadot and Solana. All of them are newer than tron but still managed to have already more projects running on their ecosystems then Tron has.
It's true though that in a bear market it is a good opportunity to buy some good and established coins that are just to expensive during a bull run but my picks for that would definitely not be XRP and TRX.

its really a big missed for you to invest in that amount of money for those coins XRP and TRX in a long term run compared to those coins like BNB, BTC and ETH that has a big opportunity to make a big profit.
