I would say he owes you more than just an apology!!  He owes 2 great communities an HUGE apology as well, BitcoinTalk owes it's users a ban from this jerk!  I can't believe they allow such disruptive behavior, especially towards a devoted and honest dev with the following you have.  I wish more people would take 2 seconds to lodge a complaint about this guy.  Maybe everyone else is in the know or something and know it will do no good........but I at least tried now a couple times to bring their attention to this clown.

Given that the situation is already quite "embarrassing" and that until recently were in progress the exchange operations,
I avoided to ask any questions so as not to create more confusion, but there is one which I must ask to you before it is too later.

The Navajo name, is not a fantasy name, but it belongs to an entire people, and the Navajo Code Talker are part of their history
pages more honored.

So the question is:
have you contacted any representative of the Navajo Nation Government and obtained a formal authorization to use their name
for this coin, stating that it will be used to identify and make possible "turbid" transactions?

Another point, secondary, as many know NAV in the financial field stands for Net Asset Value.
IMHO use NAV to identify this coin, I think it can be a suicide, would create confusion.

                                           Team Expansion

   As things move forward and we expand, the workload is becoming heavier and more focused. We are looking for community volunteers to join the team and to build a repertoire of members and their potential services for the coin. This is the first step towards handing the community more control and expanding it. This is also a push for the activation of the Foundation. Foundation members will be given priority. We would also like active foundation members to PM us emails which they check and through which we can join them. We know that all of you are waiting for the Navajo anon tech but you should understand that it is not the most important thing. First comes the community and a coin with no community will not make it far no matter what technology it brings forth. Dogecoin is a very good example to follow. We need to get together and start building the foundations and plan for the future.
