Supercoin needs a Dev Team that is capable of making a wallet that doesn't take 3 days to sync, uses less ram, & works well with windows, mac, linux & android.

Hmm,

Option 1:
A chain swap would decrease the start up time to very little, and that would also decrease ram usage,
however to keep it from being an issue again in a year or so means the block speed has to be changed.
Changing the block speed from 20 seconds to 2 minutes would take 10 times as long to use as many resources.
(Colossus coin did a manual chain swap, others pay an exchange to host the chain swap.)

Option 2:
Copy BTC headers sync feature, this would allow incredibly fast syncing .
Pandacoin is the only PoS coin that tried headers sync, and it never really worked well for them, (Very Buggy).
Use an electrum server to host Android wallets so the blockchain is never downloaded.

 Cool

The revival worked but the community needs a large amount of marketing only once the wallet situation has been taken care of first.

Supercoin can't be marketed properly in it's current form.

OP has been updated btw.

If somebody with ideas, projects and money doesn't overtake leadership, it will be 3 meters under the ground I'm affraid...

anyone is welcome to

Looks like the only place you can deposit and withdraw SUPER is now going to delist it !

not sure why they did that. the volume was high enough for their own rules.

C-CEX makes their money by accepting a coin, then delisting and then get paid to relist again.
Yobit broke after the last update, and their support is far behind on a multitude of coin issues.

That leaves 1 working,

The best thing would be an decentralised exchange that would be a part of the Cryptobank, but I don't believe that will ever happen. The development that comes from the hand of Griffith is a very slow process. If something like that ever could happen then it would be only by the hand of the original developer of Super. Griffith isn't capable or doesn't have time.

Anyway, it's better to have one trading platform than none.

Is ECCcoin still working? Still supported by the dev?

this is the wrong thread for that. but yes. it is still working and still being actively maintained if a problem were to arise

Oh, I thought ECCcoin & SUPERCOIN were connected in some way, sorry

not a problem, they are only connected in that i maintain the chains/githubs and host nodes for both
