Does SwC is going to add new crypto currencies as deposit option to the site? I'm asking because it's beyond good and evil (sic!) to deposit through Bitcoin now. And on site is now only two options: Bitcoin and BCH (the things i don't have neither want to buy)

We have considered an option to offer a service to convert to other currencies during deposit and withdrawal, with play still in uBTC and uBCH.

Would you play at SwC with this feature?

I believe this is a great idea. More options for players to deposit creates more depositing players!

Developers pushed hot wallet fix. Deposit / Withdrawal functions appear to be working. Please email support if you are still experiencing an issue.

Apology freerolls will appear in lobby shortly.

At this time the hot wallet issue is still being addressed. Funds are safe. Deposits that have been lagging for days will begin to credit within the hour. We expect withdrawals and new deposit addresses to be functional within 12 hours. Apology freerolls will follow.

I highly doubt more than 20% of you players have any holdings in shitcoins.

The only solutions to your cashout problem is:

1) Consolidate SWC's smaller balances to a single address while the mempool is less congested.
2) Batch player withdrawals. I'm pretty sure every other gambling site does this and isn't concerned about the privacy issues.

I can confirm 2, the last withdrawals I made from the largest site accepting coins had 23 and 55 outputs respectively.

We are aware of the "Couldn't validate address" error upon withdrawal attempt, it is related to deposits-not-confirming issue. Will post when it is confirmed working, estimate few hours.

Never have a trouble before but im still wating my withdrawal from 4 days ago.

SwC targets the 50th block for withdrawals and 2 weeks ago the mempool exploded. Some transactions remain unconfirmed.

SwC will introduce player-selects-fee option soon.

Should i cancel my pending withdraw and do it the process again?

I don't believe this is an option.  SWC probably already sent the BTC.  The fee attached to the transaction is just too low and this is resulting it the transaction not being confirmed.

If you post the BTC address of the withdrawal, I can provide you with more information.

I deposited BCH and it has not showed up in my account. Emailed support, no reply?

Deposit will be credited after hot wallet catches up. This is our mistake and we will issue apology freerolls in the lobby after we have fixed the problem.

SWC, you must realise how bad it looks for you that no deposits have been processed for more than 2 days. At least acknowledge the issue and let your customers know why this is happening while you still have some.
Your communication is atrocious in general, but to remain silent on a critical issue such as this goes beyond incompetence to active sabotage of your own site and playerbase.

This is an error on the SwC side.
Player deposits will be credited as soon as possible.
Team was quickly building player-selects-fee and set hot wallet to maintenance mode in error, preventing player deposits from crediting.
SwC takes responsibility for it and is fixing it now. Hot wallet will need some time to catch up.
SwC will issue lucrative apology freerolls for the next two days in the lobby.

Players would likely welcome this type of system for deposits and withdraws. Giving people options is way better then dealing with just 1 option. If you guys implement this, make sure there is a live converter available so players know what to expect during the wd or deposit process.

Then you cannot make the claim that moderators are different from staff or that SWCs mods do not run the site.

You can delete this 30 more times, I will repost until you come clean about endthefed and higherhighs.

BIG announcement, they have BCH, lol.

Not even worth logging in to see this disappointment of an update.

By the way, wasn't there 1 member here who said user endthefed is 100% an employee even though he claimed not to be (but promoting tournaments in the chat the whole time). SWC also wrote here he is not staff.

But yet he has green chat again, only staff has green chat.  https://imgur.com/a/VnS3ePI

Another lie exposed, just like with higherhighs.

Also, swc staff winning bigger tournament, interesting. https://imgur.com/a/HiDgUbe

There's nothing wrong with a mod playing, don't be such a riggy. I think it actually helps having a member of the community moderate the troll box (endthefed has been around forever).

quis custodiet ipsos custodes
The actual staff.
breaking news, 9/10 participants in gang rapes are willing. You ever wonder why exactly doctors have to take an oath?

Obviously staff should be barred from playing and when they win it kicks swc's reputation in the nuts

There's a difference between staff and chat moderators.  Mods are part of the community, they don't run the site.

How do you know who is running this site? I doubt you do.

I don't.  It's an anonymous bitcoin poker site.

Not my thread obviously, I'm not depositing on your site again. Just letting you know that it is spreading, although I assume any PR efforts have been given up already.

I was also wondering, what happened to SWCs motto: "No banking. Just bitcoin."? If you are gonna offer currency conversion services (read: banking), will you not run into even more legal issues?
