Well another day still have not been credited my 4k chips ,I emailed swc i used twitter to reach out and now here as well .
If this goes past today,I will never play there again but i will bring it up everyday on every platform I can .
It is not like I am trying to take advantage of some situation here, I emailed seals the day this happened before the site even went compleatly down and i was one of the few that could not get back on and play my mtts ,I have sense been ignored and refused a refund and even had my chat banned for asking about my refund on seals chat ,I am not sure what gives I been playing on seals for 6 years and bought them many players .
If this goes past today,I will never play there again but i will bring it up everyday on every platform I can .

Do you guys got something against giving my thursday A and B buyins back ,because i got logged out for over a hr because of your oversite , 2k chips per mtt and you guys are ignoring me what gives? 100% there will be zero day i dont bring this up anywhere until i get refunded ,I will also never deposit on seals again untile i get refunded and as you can see from my deposit history i deposited ever day " 1up1 "

These freerolls are terrible. Mostly new and baby seals, they are hit the hardest, right. Long term players kicked in the nuts by raising rake.

Can we adjust the krill earned formula to reward the players that are grinding so hard to maybe be able to achieve a decent amount of rakeback, please?!
You been playing on seals for 7 years grinding every day for hours , Not being at 33% RB is a shame .

This is a email I sent to seals at [email protected] I sent them this many many times and even on twitter to only get no reply so i am posting it here,I also last night my chat was banned on seals for simply asking about my refund in the chat lobby ,I had wrote them a modified email as well because this opne was wrote on the day of the site crashing ,and yes i sent them to the new support email when they finally got one ............... I was playing both the A and The B 2k entry mtts earlier ,Ithe site was running very laggy and i could not reconnect ,I tried the web version and could not connect or even gets swcpoker.eu to work, I called a friend to ask if he could connect and he could not as well ,I finally was able to reconnect after a long period of time ,I was doing very well,I was sitting in 3rd and maybe 6th of the A and B when the site allowed me to reconnect i was missing a huge portion of my chips due to blinds being up and being blinded down,I am requesting a refund pretty please ,as the time of writing this swcpoker.eu is not pulling up and I also can not log into swcpoker software do to software issues ,I been disconnected like 3 times total today . I would like my 4k chips back 1up1 is my username.
