Power spec not good for USA, AC220-240. How's that going to work out, are you providing adapter?
If they use a PC power supply, the voltage is a universal input (either automatically switching or for the old junk ones a switch in the back) - accepts anything from 100V-240V.If they use a different (ie, non switched-mode power supply), then this may not be the case. But that is unlikely.
Anyways, the power supply is probably the smallest issue. First there needs to be an ASIC...

If they could prove a prototype in a month they'd have a flood of BFL refund money showering them
