Liars or incompetent or just a misbegotten stain on the face of the earth ?

So will you be able to represent non European citizens ?   What about working for a 15% - 20% of the refund once KNC gives it back after using you ?  What would be your cost to send some form of legal notice to KNC ?

 I would have considered it but that cheese-eatin' grin at the end of each of your posts gives me the willies.
Are European consumer protection laws applied differently based on country of origin?  Seems odd.

 Perhaps people are already fed up with scams.  Do you come with a guarantee?

How about 10-15% in case of success ?!
..instead of asking  for money up front....as non-trusted user in a forum where too much scams take place...

take from it what you will but it looks like KNC has a policy of people who are 1st batch or either Titan or Neptune
really take a hit ...from the above my guess is as soon as Titan is done shipping they WILL offer conversions of
the 3rd batch Neptunes to their arctic cloud service (at least to those countries not protected by EU consumer protection
arctic cloud is not offered in EU from what I understand)

best of both worlds convert 3rd batch and free compensation equipment neptunes to the cloud...and keep the equip
to hash that equiv hash for 6 months and keep the equipment

win/win

just keeps getting better and better don't it 1st batch neptune and titan folks

as an example of if what I say is correct you would bet instead of your 3TH Neptune you'd get instead
for 6 months a 5995 instead of 3TH you'd get 9.63 TH

well if it is so good for you guys getting the extra miners and or 3rd batch for less price

as to us 1st batch 2nd batch neptune or titan folk ....well ouch!

again this is all speculation on the email but still ...can't see them not offering conversion in that they
can keep the equip after 6 months and can move their wagon faster to cloud hosting

I agree had to toss it out there for you all with Titans to bug them about..(hey ranting and raving is all we have no refunds)

but yeah ..more likely I see on CNN.com on thurs they have made a genetically working unicorn from scratch..

I am afraid that this is not possible. Since the Titan miners are due for imminent shipping, we are not offering conversions to our cloud service.
Please be aware, the cloud hashing service is only available for customers who are situated outside of the EU.

Notice the fact that it is only OUTSIDE THE EU that ARCTIC CLOUD IS OFFERED...the strong consumer protection of the EU don't ya know have to avoid
that at all costs

man these KNC folks really in the last year took a complete 180 degree turn down BFL highway imho..sheesh

and this whole argument is gonna look kinda moot/weak ..in NOV say when KNC annouces  its giant KNC Titan scrypt cloud mining farm

again imho if GAWMINERS can do such stuff as this to woo home miners KNC could too..KNC is thinking pretty short term imho...

places like GAWMINERS will now offer equiv hash offer home miners options..and play the long game .....if KNC expects its former customers

live an learn..got burnt by knc got refunds from bfl/alpha tech and spondoolies .(100%  for those 3) ..a person can only dodge the rubber bullets so long w/o getting tagged

To me this whole episode with other factors like BTC price drop diff rises etc...means essentially Home Mining is dead...but if the asic makers and

now cloud miners think we are all gonna rush to their cloud services in mass..I'm afraid they are gonna be in for a hell of a shock....I just don't see

it....... even...if bitcoin and alt prices recover...it is imho just too transparent how the game and we as customers have been played (pre-orders) and seems to be (cloud mining)

with the game rigged in a similar manner....all just making difficulty rise...looks to me like diff will rise the same or MORE in this coming year

what was it 90x last year? or some such.....all in the large companies involved in either/both activities...are too into themselves and own profit won't last long term..

people can just make their own bets and buy coin at www.coinbase.com and skip the stress and drama ..will flock to companies making at least an ATTEMPT to be fair imho

I guess it now is like most industries the ones that really do live up to customer service will survive the rest will be squeezed out equip or cloud

20btc back with the cloud conversion is better than 90% loss on Titan.  But i doublt knc would allow, because they have the cards in their hands. 

They might consider on a month or 2 after they mine some more, or when their mining farms become more obsolete as diff jumps

OK I posted on the KNC Forums and sent KNC emails to [email protected] and [email protected]

asking the following (Not a frigging chance in hell..but had to ask don't ya know)

I asked to convert my KNC TITAN (NO ROI & NO REFUND) 300mh 1st batch (has not shipped yet) $10,131.80
unit to the ARCTIC CLOUD HASHING AT ...as they state below

400 GH/s for six (6) months at 249 USD ≈ 0.6 USD/GHs

IF (again frigging no chance in hell but had to ask)

$10,131.80 at the above ..they ALLOWED SUCH A TRANSFER (I know unicorn land) that would be

16275.98393574297 or 16.276TH rather then my puny batch 1 Titan (again I know pigs will fly before they do this)

and it activates IMMEDIATELY  the arctic cloud that is

well hell....a nice day dream but unfortunately my Titan 1st batch NO ROI 300mh unit is what likely PAID FOR

the arctic cloud hashing and in KNC's deluded view..they probably assume after no longer making equipment anymore

except for their arctic cloud hosting operations we will run off and buy from them again so they can get both the

Titan no roi out of us and the cloud hashing later


actually this is sad..this would be a way to show GAWMINERS up and get some respect back for KNC but again

it is not gonna happen I had to ask don't ya know and post it here for others to bug them with

this idea..but I'm afraid they are too far down the rabbit hole to the dark side to consider this
