When will the bonus miners be shipping?  I wonder when KnC will get around to sending out 'batch 3' - the bonus miners?  Any word on that?

They are too busy performance tuning their Titan chip in order to minimize the number of cubes they have to ship customers. They will probably keep doing this until Sept. 30. Then they'll be too busy shipping 1 Titan machine to a customer so they can claim they met their commitments. At this point, they will be busy writing up all the Titan press releases claiming they are geniuses and heroes of the Stockholm technology hub. When that is done, they will be too busy because they are shipping Titans to customers, first batch 1 and then followed immediately by batch 2.

Good luck amigo.

KNC would do well to listen to Jack Ma, China's richest man, because KNC has it exactly ass backwards:

"Customers first, employees second, and shareholders third," Chairman Jack Ma wrote in a letter in Alibaba's IPO filing last week valuing the company as high as $162.7 billion.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/alibaba-ipo-investors-come-third-105235993.html

But they don't need customers anymore so why put them first?

When BTC hits $100 bucks again they'll wish they had some customers.

any way to get refunds from Titans or not really? ;x

you find a way let me know will also consider an "ocean's 11" plan ....it may be the only way to get any btc back from knc now

Searing

lol in this case 'oceans' 14  we need brad pitt to get in on this

The Ocean's 11 plan is simple: Blow up the dam that's only a few hundred yards from their helicopter hangars cum Bitcoin mega-mining-pharms.

OK by golly now we are talking hard core acts! Smiley (Just kidding KNC ..i doubt being below the dam they will appreciate our Titan Gallow's Humor) Smiley

According to contract, they Claim non refundable, there for we could asking for desirable bonus hashing power and funding success reward from them, which means we have the right to ask knc recalculate our beneficial, basically they have to meet our contract, and secondly they have to share success with us by reasonable partial percentage according to our early investment of Titan.

Business os taugh, but always a win win stratagy out there some where.

Freaking illegal and unethical (In the Swedish business climate) as hell of KnC to declare the value of Neptunes to USD 1.000 when they´re bought for USD 9.995

You have it exactly backwards.
Based on earlier posts they are only doing that $1000 cost for the 'bonus' miners.
They should be valued @ 0 since # 1 was valued @ 9,995 when it should have been 4,9997 or some such.

You are suggesting the customers owe tax/customs on $20,000 for 2 miners.
The tax/customs on a free miner should be free.

If you are gonna behave like a sock puppet you could at least be accurate.
There are plenty of things to bitch about without making them up.

YMMV
Smiley

To ship a miner that cost USD 3.995 in their webstore at that moment and declare the value as USD 1.000 is illegal.
There´s no "price should be", ask Skatteverket.

If it is as you say, and they are now doing that, I retract reason for 'sock puppet' snipe.
They are doing something that benifits the customer at zero customer risk.
Can't have that...

They did declare some @ 10k and some bonus customers are not happy to have to pay any more.
Thats where my 4997 figure came from.

Given the price of this equipment, the number of customers and the potential aggregate loss, it is not unreasonable to believe that a Swedish Advocat could take an interest on a % of recovery basis.

I'm guessing the case would have to be built on deceptive advertising practices (Q2/Q3). They knew there was no way they could ship in Q2.
