Wow, KNC will really save a bunch of money not having to double all the orders of all the people that sign up for this. It could save KNC millions of dollars. Every unit people forfeit for hashrate is a unit KNC gets to sell to someone else later on. What a brilliant idea for KNC. Or even better yet, they could put it in their own cloud hashing setup and mine for themselves . This would be a great idea if KNC took forever to ship, but since they ship normally A WEEK OR TWO AFTER RECEIVING THEIR CHIPS, I don't think taking their offer is a good idea. I guess it is good to always read every word in "terms and conditions"

then the two for one offer is no longer valid.

Bwahaha. So owned. So KnC secured them from pre-order money the mask for 20nm which will give them better density and better efficiency and better prices than the 28nm chips for they datorhalls. Now I get KnC's plan. Easy and 0 risk. So glad I refunded. Up yours Sam!

That is terrible business practice. I almost hit the accept button and read the terms and conditions first. Nowhere else does it state that you lose the 2 for 1 offer. It doesn't even say it clearly in the T&C. This is crazy.

When I ordered my Neptune miner with KNC last December, their web site clearly said refunds would be possible up to shipment.

KNC has flatly refused my refund request. They are not honest, their word means nothing and obviously they are in a ride to screw as many people as possible.
I would like to file a lawsuit in Sweden against that company. Can anyone recommend a law firm in Stockholm that could handle this case?

No where in the email points you that selecting this "hash while wait" excludes you from the free-Neptune.... THEY intentionally let you fall in their trap....
