I'm not being vague.

I've just got back to Stockholm and got you an update immediately, as promised. The first day I'm back.

Your freaking out about the Neptune design and it's exactly where it needs to be.

It's been worked on throughout Christmas. They have a working FPGA copy. That's quite significant progress as is. 20nm is absolute breakneck cutting edge tech and they don't want to screw the design up. They started just before Christmas and they are already at this stage. Would I call it preliminary design? yes I would. I would call everything before RTL submission that. Would you rather I lie? You claim I'm being vague and I'm actually being very specific. I've told you precisely where we are at without giving away anything of significant competitive sensitivity. I could be vague and just say it's all on track and you'd be none the wiser. Where do you expect them to be at this stage after working solidly through Christmas?! Designs aren't just pulled out of hats and components need to be sourced in volume with short lead times and guess what a lot of those guys take Christmas off. Rest assured what needs to be done is being done and the Q1/Q2 delivery estimation is there to give us the breathing space to do it professionally and to a level of competency that we believe is achievable.

Also first thing I was told on arrival was they sold out of Neptunes the night before. Do not shoot the messenger. If Andreas/Sam are going to add to the stock overnight between Friday/Saturday - nothing to do with me, but I'd be surprised if they did as they gave no impression they would and I was at the office later than they were.

It can take a few hour's to clear up incomplete orders. I give it a day or two and then all unpaid orders will be canceled. This will free up systems for order.

This may be the last batch untill they start shipping.

cool, if everyone unloads from early batches, and the units get bumped to a later delivered batch, my CA Batch Neptunes could be BOSS if the diff should stall any... Bail...Bail...Bail....RUN!

So they had 250 neptunes left two days ago. Then suddenly they sold out. Then they annnounced there would be no more jupiters. Now turns out they are not sold out of neptunes. And people have all those bitcoins handy. And now they have 170 neptunes left?

$44 million dollars in preorders. Two months later, announce they are in preliminary design stages... and don't intend to rush it. So crypto 

yeah when I'm conflicted however I freeze like a rabbit (ie hold) so ...just ruminating on the fact that it is unlikely I will (can) upgrade (I assume the price would be a bit steep for individual modules anyway...and/or would not apply to oct orders in any event due to incompatibility with NOV last run stuff)

so my 'eggs' are all in the Neptune basket it seems......

p.s. also checked the knc site on Neptune orders...same price 10k or so.....says 170 are left.....for those interested

me "coward that I am" I will probably wait...and hold (with my 2 brothers) the 2 neptunes I have on order (1 batch one and 1 batch two)..........pucker up and hold I guess....

I believe KnC is and wants to continue to be a reputable business ........KnC  please give us an official  "News update": ........not by  Bitcoinorama  ........I hate picking on him .......he seems like a good guy , but in one sence , he's just a pawn , a front  ....... an escape goat to spread out the focus ......... bottom line ... money talks , bullshit walks ........Give me some truth , I think you guys have the best product out there ............but this silence  is pissing me off ....................and more importantly (for you)     hurting your rep.

does anyone know what upgrade modules they are referring to, October modules or November modules?  or both types?

KNC seemed more helpful and informative when they needed us to start up their multi-million dollar business, but now it seems the table has turned and they are playing mind games with us so called loyal customers.  Not very cool KNC

one customer that's bought under my reseller ID is trying to communicate with KNC and he's saying that they are not very friendly or helpful at all.

PS. of course I'll give more time to remember who made them, but if they don't come to the party and continue acting like they are, then 2 can play at that game.

I say , give KnC a bit more time . They understand our situation and they do want to keep the majority of us happy ..................so lets give them a chance to give us more info ........this negative reaction will have an effect on their future prospects ..........They will do their best to keep us happy ...................They understand BFL has shot themselves in the foot ...........KnC is aiming to "Under promise and Over deliver"

It might not be their fault entirely as they do have to do a wire transfer from another country which can be plagued with problems on a banking level. Also banks needs to check everything so if something is off like your bank has your old mailing address or a different phone number for you, or email address the bank that Knc Miner uses can request the information again.

So it would be best to verify the information that you are giving Knc Miner is exactly what your bank has on file.
