i think there is no windows miner
no problem to recompile for Windows - im use Golang and C++
Not everyone can do it. Not everyone has necessary skills and a lot of free time to obtain that skills.
Deb package with Nvidia CUDA GPU support - 4Gb
Its faster than CPU version > 100 times
Do not install until i test it becouse i use another CUDA version (9.0) and it can break your ethminer

so i think you have some power issue with your front end web server
You know its super easy to add a " under construction " or "under development" welcome page for your website
Usually site time is (GMT-5, NewYork time): 01:00 to 09:00
Then i disconnect site from inet for local updates, experiments etc
GMT+5: from 11:00 to 19:00
