You should be able to stake mined coins on your pool (i.e. mining wallet), unless your pool setup (software) prohibits that due created clashes re-payout to miners etc..
if you're doing it to aggregate your hash power to solo-mine, i suggest setting up a stratum-proxy that connects your miners to your pool...
if not solo, then the proxy can connect your miners to poolX as one user
