In Sweden and Germany you can get more jail time for tax evasion than for rape.

German law has a minimum sentence of half a year to up to 15 years (which equals in germany to a life sentence) depending on what kind of rape (not sure how to phrase it in english)

In Sweden, the rapists hardly face any jail time. In most of the cases, they are let off with fines or community service. Check this:
