Is it just me or is Syscoin severely undervalued?  Tongue I think a lot money currently flowing into crypto is divived amongst the many promising ICO's. It's perhaps a good idea for Syscoin team to focus on the non-crypto world, that's where the big money is to be found.  Wink

Agree on both fronts- Syscoin is undervalued and we are focusing our efforts outside of crypto as we agree- that's where the big $$ is especially with the use cases we can now satisfy in a decentralized manner. We're looking to satisfy legitimate use cases as that's where the real money is (ecommerce, p2p sales, craigslist, ebay, etc)

That's exactly what I'd like to hear as a long-term investor. The potential is definitely there! I think for mainstream adoption it's important to stress the advantages of Syscoin's blockchain market place in contrast to the old usual online market places. This could definitely be the next big step in online market places. I remember when E-bay and Amazon just came up, it was a weird new idea, buying and selling stuff p2p on online market places, now people are accustomed to it, Syscoin should become the next step in evolution, both as to become a next generation market place itself and to help the old fashioned online market places to evolve and adapt to the new era by implementing Syscoin technology.  Wink

Syscoin- Changing the way people do business.
Installed the 2.0 wallet.

The 'Error reading wallet dat' message still appears when 'loading wallet' starts and the 'Rescanning', which starts when you click 'OK' on the Error message, is now taking approx 20 minutes to complete.

IIRC the advice was to open a new wallet, use that instead of the original one and the error message (and resulting rescanning) wouldn't reoccur.

Is it OK to open a new wallet on the same machine?

Thanks  Smiley

Can you please join our slack at http://join.syscoin.org? We can help you out there, need more information to help you out.

I have the same feeling, think it's still cheap, but who knows when the crowd realize it.

I'm an old Syscoin user (version 1.5.1.1). Do I simply install Syscoin wallet 2 over 1.5.1.1? Or aside it? Or first remove 1.5.1.1, then install v. 2, then copy wallet.dat?

Yep, do the later pls Smiley

Works perfect, thanks!
The marketplace is looking awesome. Suprisingly easy and simple to use. Even somebody who isn't a geek would know how to use it!

Syscoin- Changing the way people do business.
I tried running it on OS X 10.11.4 and it quit unexpectedly at startup which makes me sad. Sad Here's the log if it helps:

Process:               Syscoin-Qt [1007]
Path:                  /Applications/Syscoin-Qt.app/Contents/MacOS/Syscoin-Qt
Identifier:            org.syscoinfoundation.Syscoin-Qt
...

This was reported in our Slack earlier today, the latest Mac build was missing some dependencies if you download it again from https://github.com/syscoin/syscoin2/releases/download/2.0/Syscoin_2.0.dmg it should fix the issue.

This error is fixed on the master branch if your on Linux git pull from there and rebuild it should correct your issues. Any Windows/Mac users will need to download latest wallet here. Bolded just for anyone skimming this who might have hit this same issue. Moving forward we'll be tagging each new build.
