Please add the option of power limit --pl in Linux as when I try to start the miner with this option it gives the error GPU Power Limit not supported in Linux.I did manage to power down the cards with nvidia-smi command but it would be much better if this option is implemented in the near future.

Thanks for the suggestion. Please try 0.21.5.

Sorry if it has already been asked, but i'm looking for a free tool to monitor computers on same lan mining with t-rex on windows.
i can access api via http and can NAT it to access it remotly but cannot regroup all my rig in one place.

Hey there, I wrote a quick and dirty app that does exactly what you're looking for. Right now it just pulls my API data from whatever IP is in the text field, but I can set it up to pull from as many IP's as you like. I'm not too much of a coder, javascript gives me hives but I have a fair bit of experience with LiveCode. With LiveCode you can either build standalone binaries or just run the stack file in in the IDE. It's an easy programming language to audit for security purposes, and it's easy to compile your own binaries for Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS, Android, etc. Hopefully there'll be someone who'd be kind enough to take the time to check over my work when I get v1.0 ready. I'm more than happy to make the source available, and making your own binaries is simple.

I'll try to have something ready by monday, the 26th. Will definitely need input and suggestions if this becomes an actual project, lots of possibilities as far as added features. On that note, it'd be very useful if t-rex had a flag to allow changes to the API using an api key or password you can set in the cmd string or config file. (I need to read the latest changelog, is this a thing already?)

BTW sorry to hijack the thread, I'm a t-rex user myself and have always wondered if my app would be useful to more than just me, lol. If the app gets used I'll make my own thread. If my name seems familiar, it's because I am the original Edric. My account got hijacked around march 2015. I was too busy destroying myself back then to care. Got my life back in order finally, and have been just lurking for a while. Hopefully someone remembers me. Used to run a few pools back in the day. Earned a lot of trust back in the day and worked hard for it, will do my best to earn it back.

Is it safe to underclock memory more than -502?

MSi AFter burner has a -502 limit, using --mclock i can underclock even more...

Worst that can happen is card hangs and system requires a reboot to unhang it (and of course remove the oc/uv that caused the card to hang).

Lol alright I was chill when it said you were a low-risk PUP but now you're scanning as a known trojan? What's going on here bud?

Please fix --tfan behavior when t° is too low it would spin to 100%

It happens when actual t° is lower than --tfan by 10C° or so.

I see. It could be a bug or a conflict with some other software capable of controlling the fan. Would you mind running the miner with "-P -l trex.log" and upload the full log file when it happens again? Thanks.

If keeping the fan at 100% is not enough to bring the temperature down to t°, then spinning them at 100% is the expected behaviour. Or have I misunderstood your request?

Hi guys,

Hope you are fine.

Sorry if it has already been asked, but i'm looking for a free tool to monitor computers on same lan mining with t-rex on windows.
i can access api via http and can NAT it to access it remotly but cannot regroup all my rig in one place.
I have a lot of computer and would like to regroup in one UI (for instance zabbix, grafana or others) to be able to see if one of them has a trouble.
I'm multi mining on those computers (chia farming, xmr, and eth).
I've found https://github.com/lennykean/MiningMonitor but doesn't seem to work or i don't know how to do it.

Sorry for my english i'm frenchy.

Thank you for your help

It varies for different models. Should be ~2-3% for 1060.

Actual h\r on pool side is indeed 50% of reported.

It's a known problem that only occurs when mining on nanopool, we're looking into it. Mining on other pools is unaffected.
as follows, up to 50% of the rejects on nicehash

Which version? If 0.21.2, could you upload the log file?

We're revamping the webUI at the moment, so should be able to fix it then. For now, you'd need to either disable share validation (to get rid of "I" metric), or widen your browser window to avoid wrapping.

Just updated to 0.21.2 and now displayed memory junction temp is very high and does not correspond to any of my sensors. Any idea?
even if the sensor is lying, your video card is not energy efficient
usual parameters in the batch file , example --lock-cclock 1140 --mclock 1000

Also, Windows Defender is now reporting T-Rex as a PUP. Just thought you'd want to know.
