Either they got the best players within the Bangladesh Premier League, or maybe due to the fact that the other teams have deteriorated. IMO, it is a combination of these two. That said, it is sure that Rangpur will be the table toppers. So they will have two matches to get to the final. They just need to win either one of them. And then the final match is going to be very crucial.

Yes England women team did not play well in ODI series against Australia women team and they are not performing consistently in T20 series as well. As per the points you mentioned it is clear that they are very weak in both. England women should have bowled the right length in the first T20, if they could have bowled the right length then maybe Australia women would have been all out in fewer runs instead of more runs. There has been no improvement in the way England's women batsmen have batted in each match of the ODI series. However, the contribution of local players and foreign players in the victory of Rangpur Riders is not to be denied. None of Chittagong's batsmen could play a big innings. Only captain Mithun was able to score 35 runs from 34 balls. Chittagong's innings was stopped at just 121 runs. Chittagong was able to score 121 runs after losing 8 wickets in 20 overs.
However, today's match is completely in Barisal's possession. Barisal's batting order is strong. Chasing a target of just 122 runs is not a difficult task for Barisal.
