Mumbai is kinda kingmaker here. I would very much like NRR qualification instead of normal playoff entry.

After Rajasthan scored 160 runs, I thought Delhi was going to lose this match. Because in the last few matches we have seen that it is becoming difficult for the teams batting in the second innings to collect 100 runs. Delhi opener Srikar Bharat returned to the dressing room with zero runs. But with the help of Marsh and Warner's experienced batting, Delhi won. These two batsmen formed a partnership of 144 runs.

I thought Rajasthan would do good in today's match but They only gave a little target to the DEhli team.
The moral of Rajasthan seems a bit lower, But let see who ends up at forth position.

Rajasthan gave a target of 161 runs. And considering the condition of the pitch, it was a good enough target. But the batsmen of the Delhi team are very experienced. At the end of 16 overs they managed to collect 129 runs, they lost only one wicket. The pairing of Mitchel Marsh and Warner was very enjoyable. Delhi Capital is heading towards victory for this extraordinary performance.

Strange results continue to come from IPL, yesterday we have an unexpected result from LSK and GT game and now similar result is expected from RR and DC. Mitchell Marsh is playing a superb innings, he is not out on 89. DC will win this match quite easily but can Mitchell Marsh score a century?

DC lost the last game against CSK by 91 runs. The loss has dampened their playoff hopes to an extent. They should win today's match with all their remaining games. The team is struggling for consistency. A loss against RR today might end their playoff hopes.
RR, on the other hand, has won the last game against Punjab Kings. Their win made a winning comeback and are close to the playoffs. Royals has Buttler awesome with the bat and also one of the best bowlers in the attack.

According to the stats DY Patil stadium, Mumbai has hosted 16 games so far and most of the matches are won by the team chasing.
I too have high hopes with RR in today’s match, but you never know, as we all know cricket is all by luck.

I don’t think that there’s any conspiracy because many player’s are out of form, and I’m not sure if it’s due to constantly playing cricket or lack of leadership which is effecting them. Furthermore the Indian management should be worried as both Rohit, Kohli are performing poorly in the IPL, and the big question is will they be dropped for the T20 World Cup? because on their current form I feel that they should either start performing or risk being dropped.

I really don't think that Rohit Sharma is going to be dropped from the Indian team.
But I do think there is obviously a chance for Virat Kohli to be dropped because he has been performing pretty badly and things really don't look good for him at all.

With Virat Kohli, there cannot be any explanation but with Rohit Sharma, one can make a case that he is captaining his IPL team so it is obviously a little hard for him.
But still, a performance drop in such a manner is obviously concerning.

IPL is absolutely unpredictable right now. the only thing that makes sense to me right now is that the team batting second surely gotta have some kind of disadvantage otherwise I really don't understand how these types of results are being produced. I expected a lazy to win in the last match and I was so wrong. The team which was in the top got bowled out only for 82 runs. Absolutely unexpected.

Yes nobody thought that the match will end like this, honestly if you are following IPL from start then this match is very suspicious. LSK has scored perhaps the lowest total of IPL 2022 season. LSk were very much decent in there bowling but there batting is a total disaster. This is LSK first defeat after 4 straight wins.

It's a fancy league so anything can happen. Though it has been true that the team has been chasing very hard for them during the last few matches. After a thrashing of the Lucknow Super Giants, the Gujarat Titans are back on top. Rashid Khan's magic spell paved the way for this big margin win. The poor form of Hardik Pandya can be a major concern, although he is captaining the team well. Hardik defended well. Brilliantly rotating the bowlers. Perhaps he's not performing well on the field because of his captaincy.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MATCH
Gujarat Titans defeated Lucknow Super Giants by five wickets. Pacer Mohammed Shami bowled a blistering opening stint before Rahul Tewatia hit an unbeaten 40.
Before Gujarat Titans Deepak Hooda (55 off 41 balls) and Ayush Badoni (54 off 41 balls) hammered the fifties to help their team register 158 for six, Shami (3/25) bowled a blazing opening spell to knock the wind out of the Super Giants' top order.
The Titans were then led over the line by skipper Hardik Pandya (33), all-rounder Tewatia (40 not out), Matthew Wade (30), and David Miller (30).
Apart from Shami's three wickets, Varun Aaron (2/45) took two wickets and Rashid Khan (1/27) took one batsman.
