The facts you have mentioned are real facts and cold not be denied but its hard for me to believe that Pakistan team will lose the series. Being the national of Pakistan, i still believe that we can repeat the same performance in the remaining matches and win the series. Even i don't mind if luck favors us for the win. Wink

That's the Pakistan team for you. They might bundle out for 200 in an ODI and make 232 in a T20 game, being unpredictable and unreasonable are things associated with them. I don't mind such teams because a similar kind of team is West Indies and it's fun to watch such teams play, they might lose to a bottom team and may make the top teams look average.

I actually feel the Pakistan team is most consistent in Test matches because the game goes for longer periods and they have a very stable team for test cricket. For shorter formats, they just need more reliable players than flashy ones.

Well... T20 format favors unpredictable teams such as Pakistan and West Indies. That said, the credit for yesterday's win should go solely to the batsmen. Without such an imposing total, Pakistani bowlers could have struggled to contain the England batsmen. The required run rate was almost 12 runs per over, and for the inexperienced England batsmen, it was a tough task. The big question here is whether Pakistan can perform well against the regular England players. What will happen in case the regular bowlers such as Sam Curran, Chris Jordan, Chris Woakes and Adil Rashid are available? The England XI for yesterday's match was more like a second string side.

At one moment i thought England will win the match when Liam Livingstone was batting. 233 was a big task which every team would have struggled to chase.
I wonder how many people would have lost their bets because England was the favorite.

Pakistan is a very unpredictable team and this match is one example. The next two matches will be crucial for England and I am pretty much confident that they will come back in this series. England is a far better team they only need to get their batting right, except Livingstone none of their batsmen was able to perform.

Anything is possible with such an unpredictable team like Pakistan. For me, the outcome of the match was never in doubt, after the first wicket partnership between Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam added 150 runs for Pakistan. The match was essentially decided at this point. Some good power hitting by Fakhar Zaman, Sohaib Maqsood and Mohammad Hafeez towards the end helped Pakistan to set up an imposing target. It was never going to be easy for England, given the star studded pace attack of Pakistan.

Pakistan will always surprise you with their performance or with the lack of performance and they are well known for that and the match is really interesting as England lost 4 wickets chasing a score of 233 runs and Liam Livingstone and Eoin Morgan are in the crease and if Pakistan could pick one more wicket here they can put pressure on the batting line up as the run rate keeps on increasing.

Edit: Eoin Morgan is gone and England still need 12 runs per over and it looks like an impossible task but who knows what happens in the end .

I am happy to see Pakistan and India in the same group. After a long time we will see the tough fight between these two teams. Although Pakistan is weaker than India. But Pakistan always tries to play their best against India. The match will be very competitive.

When it comes to T20, you cannot predict the winner easily based upon past performances and specially when it is about India & Pakistan Match, no team is weaker on the day. Not sure the match will be one sided or competitive, but one thing is for sure that they hype will be unstoppable.

This is very interesting to see Pakistan and India in the same group. Happy to see IND vs PAK contest at the group stage. Good to see more teams participating in T20 world cup. But, Sad thing for Lankans they have to play qualifiers. Hope they rise again. But, where is Zimbabwe??
