I don't want Rohit for the next 3 T20s as he is not in good form and just getting single digits and is the first one to lose his wicket. Prithvi is also in the squad so they can try him instead and take a chance. I don't even like Dube's performance as he is eager to hit 6s and 4s from the start.

As India is already 2-0 up in the series, they can actually make some a replacement for Rohit and try out somebody else. But thing is that will Kohli want to change his winning combination and Rohit especially because we know once he comes in form he plays a long innings and that too make runs quickly. I think max 1 change in middle order they could be doing only if required.

Yes, they can afford to test new players now after the last win. They can rest Rohit and try someone to open the innings with KL Rahul or they can try someone new after Kohli or Shreyas.

Shaw is not with the T-20 squad, he already playing unofficial ODI series (India A vs New Zealand A) in New Zealand.

Yeah, Dube is not playing long inning but as of now he's playing according to his domestic reputation, which is big hitting so give it a some time.

I would suggest everyone to leave their comments on this:
Would you join the pool  and how much entry fee you are okay with?

Royse777: Yes and minimum 0.002BTC.

I am on same boat as @akhjob as i only watched PSL couple of times and didn't had good vibe watching any game except few spell of bowling but its rare nowadays everywhere. Having said that if our community really interested so count me in as well, free or paid i am ready for both type of pools. Although i would not suggest any free pool as it only attracts spam.

I am interested to create a superbru pool for it if we have enough players to perticipate. We really need at least 8 to 10 users to make it fun and entertaining. Without a pool I do not see there are any need for a separate thread for T20 events while we have this thread already.

Tbh, I haven't watched a single PSL match and I hardly know the names of the players in the team, so I will miss this one out  Undecided What's the point in betting if you don't know about it.
Which reminds me of your thread regarding IPL .

I will not forget this time Grin

I am interested to join the pool. I think a pool will bring much fun than the other mutual bets of you. I propose a fee of 0.001 BTC, above 0.001 BTC will be high I think and we will not get more participants.
If everyone agrees with 0.002 BTC count me in too. I will not forget this time  Grin

Do we have a PSL thread yet? It seems like the tournament will begin next month.

?
I don't think we have one yet. But if you are interested in it, create one. I believe if you created one dedicated thread, some of us will show some interest towards it.

Don't get over confident my friend, T20 is not clear cut as say test matches and we see it all the time that any team can win on the day in T20 cricket no matter how good the team is. New Zealand have shown that they can be a top team as they had a successful year in 2019 but haven't been able to keep that winning mentality going after playing in Australia. Playing the Australian team at full strength I think hurt New Zealand as they were no match for them and this can continue on in the short form of the game which we are seeing. But it can all change with just one victory so lets see what New Zealand can do in this next match.

That's true. T20 is a format which gives no advantage to any of the sides. The chances of an upset is much higher when compared to any other format. And New Zealand would still rank among the top 5 cricket teams, if we go by the strength. Their performance was disappointing so far, but India should not make the mistake of becoming over-confident. Whenever they got over-confident, even weaker teams such as Bangladesh and West Indies have defeated them. On top of that, the Kiwis have the home advantage, which they may put in to good use in the upcoming matches.

At time’s its surprising as well beacuse the beat of the teams in one format may just not be that good in other format . And also T20 and test match is just opposite of each other . It requires a strong mentality to switch the games as per situation and any team which is even little over confident can lose matches very quickly atleast in T20 formats .

The problem with New Zealand is that they are having a limited player pool, and therefore they are not able to replace the injured players.
This might be the problem they are facing but they should use this opportunity to find new players and give them the opportunity to perform, in the first match the absence of Boult might be the case as he has the ability to swing the ball and pick early wickets but in the second T20 the batting team collapsed, will see how New Zealand will respond in the third T20 as it is a decider and if they fail that then the series is over.

Even a full strength New Zealand is no match for India. And with their players missing due to injury, any chances for a New Zealand win is minimal. On top of the setback from injuries, some of their top players are out of form (such as Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor). In the first T20, some of the players returned to form and I hope that things will stay like that for the remainder of the series.

Rain washed the third (and last) match of the series in Lahore today; it seems like Pakistan won the T20i series and keeping their rank of number one T20i team. The upcoming test series in Rawalpindi is gonna be quite interesting, and I don't expect it to be one-sided.

Look at Bangla U - 19 team's net run rate..!! I feel like they should've been sent to the regular Pakistan vs Bangladesh series. They would have played allot better imo.

Also it looks like Bangladesh has lost the series to Pakistan as it is harder for them to come back with only 2 matches remaining in the series which is led by Pakistan.

Anyone following under 19 worldcup.? The matches are wonderful to watch and the next generation of players showing some great athleticism. India and West Indies is unbeaten in their groups and even Afghanistan is playing great cricket. My bet for the trophy is India but knockout stage will be crucial.

Yes, the under 19 WorldCup series is going on really interesting to watch because there are some matches that has been ended with a thrilling knockout and the Indian team under 19 has won three out of three matches. Now I am waiting for next level matches because it will be more exciting to watch at the knockout stage.

Here is the current status of under 19 WorldCup series.

Group B pretty much looks like group of Death and most surprising thing that west Indies on top in this group beating both England and Australia looks like their U-19 team too is filled with big hitters and finishers. West Indian future looks bright to me but don't know what happens to them in other formats of this game. Indian team too looks great. Looks like I need to follow these matches too.

Oh I check the scores whenever possible, but haven't watched a single game in U19 worldcup. With my work and study schedule, I hardly have time to watch the main events. But I somehow manage to watch a few games from time to time. Maybe I'll try to catch the Worldcup finals.
I envy those having lots of time to watch games  Lips sealed

Looks like the 3rd T20 match between PAK and BAN has been abandoned because of rain. So, it's 2-0 and PAK remains on top of the table.

Unfortunately no. In fact because of being very busy in real life lately I am not following the regular cricket much too. I have not watched any match of the Pakistan vs Bangladesh series, still have not watched any match in New Zealand vs India series too. And the other formats as usual. After few days I was only able to manage time to watch few overs of South African innings against England and this is it.

I am expecting less business in the coming days so hopefully I will be watching rest of the T20 of India vs New Zealand.

By the way, I was expecting at least one win for Bangladesh in the series against Pakistan but seems like Pakistan did not give them any chance after all.
