Due to this, Afghanistan was able to give a target of 144 runs.

It is very difficult to win by giving a target of 144 runs. Even then, Afghanistan tried their best to win the match. There is no doubt about it that the match was very competitive.

1st match Zimbabwe team won game by 4 wickets and 0 balls and this was close fight . Zimbabwe is a strong team they proved in this match by wining. The 1st match between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan was held at Harare Sports Club stadium. Afghanistan team won the toss and elected to batting first. Afghanistan set a total runs record for 144 and lost the match. Zimbabwe team chased total runs for 145 in last ball and won the difficult match. Zimbabwe played a fantastic match. Brian Bennett is a very talented player for Zimbabwe team member. The best batting performance in the Zimbabwe team was showed by Brian Bennett scored 49 runs and 49 balls hitting 5 fours and 0 sixs. Pakistan's performance in the last match is not good because there was no good result from anyone except Rizwan and Saim Ayub. Although Rizwan batted well, he could not play according to the required run. Even though they came close to victory, they could not achieve. However, in the next few hours, today's 2nd game will also start and I am hoping that today Pakistan will make a good start like yesterday but also make a good end. George Linde was the player of the game, he picked 4 wickets and scored 48 runs.

Afghanistan is in Zimbabwe to play the two test matches, 3 ODI and 3 T20 Matches. This series will start today with the first T20 match between them to be played at Harare.

Zimbabwe recently win the T20 match against Pakistan but that was just one match. They lost the series against them. They would desperately want to win these matches against Afghanistan, but it won’t be an easy task.

On the other hand, Afghanistan is playing their T20 match after a long time. Last time we saw them in a T20 match was way back in June in the Semi final of the World Cup where they lost against south Africa.
