The current performance of the India women's team is appreciable and at the same time Australia is definitely more stronger in batting and bowling. Australia women's team is in good form as well. The BCB is yet to give enough importance for the women's game. As a result, the domestic structure for women's cricket is almost inexistent back in Bangladesh, and the women's team doesn't play matches very regularly. This is one of the reasons why the batters score relatively slowly during the ICC tournaments. There is simply no substitute for match practice. Fielding will also improve if they play regularly against quality opposition. Hopefully the ICC will step in and make arrangements for regular matches between the women's teams, similar to the way they introduced the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League.

But just because he has power, he is still in the position. And as long as that does not change, Bangladesh cricket is not going to improve.

When a cricket board president sits in his position for so long, he shows his power. Bangladesh cricket is currently going in bad shape in both men and women teams. In order to improve Bangladesh cricket, all the members of the current cricket board must be changed, including the board president, because they have all made a syndicate in the cricket board, which can be inferred from various available news.

Everywhere the corruption is causing the major problem. For now it is very hard to eradicate, because it had wide spread from the top order to the low bottom. I don't think that training with the men's team will be a good idea. Guys like Naseem and Shaheen are at least 20 mph faster than the fastest female bowler in international cricket. The women players are at a serious risk of injury, if they practice with the men. PCB has taken the initial step of organizing WPSL. Both PCB and BCCI were late to realize the potential of women's cricket and only now they are waking up from their deep slumber. Anyway from here, things can only get better for the Pakistan women, given that now the board as well as the PSL franchises are interested in their game.

If you see the Point Table and Country list of Group A. You will realize that every team are stronger than the Bangladesh team. It was expected that they wouldn't be able to qualify for the semi-finals. But, Yeah, they could have tried to win at least one match against any team. South Africa Womens team beated them really bad. Bangladeshi bowlers were unable to create chances. They missed a run out. I didn't watched the full match but I saw some highlights from the match. Yeah, they have a lot of things to improve.

Therefore, Bangladesh's women's cricket team has suffered four consecutive defeats. It is important for the management to get the girls on a level where they can just play positive cricket. I congratulate the South Africa T20 women's team on a well-played match. It looks like this squad is more serious this time, so we are expecting a great match against England in the semifinals. Sadly, I don't have high hopes for the match against England women.

South Africa Women team is really strong as compared to Bangladesh women team and they definitely had to win this match . This is may be due to home ground advantage as they knew the grounds but they made this to semi finals that's the point .
Bangladesh, Pakistan both teams really disappointed their fans as their performances were really bad. They need to work on their mistakes to win tournament in future.

@JSRAW I’m not surprised to see Aussies and England woman dominate this cup, but team India has done well to reach the semis but now they face the ultimate test when they play against Australia and I have a feeling that they won’t win hence I don’t expect any miracle from them. Furthermore I expect Australia to beat England in the finals, and lastly there’s no doubt in my mind that this will be an entertaining match as both the team’s are equally strong.

Like i mentioned Women's Indian team doing quite well since 2017 so for me they were also an obvious choice for the semis.

Although now facing Aussies in the semis is a tough one and different ball game. Clearly, Aussies are hot favorites but i just hope the Indian team competes well and don't want to see any surrender.
