And it is also safe to say that the Zimbabwe cricket board does not know how to actually deal with players. Otherwise Zimbabwe cricket team wouldn't be in such a situation right now.

Generally, we think that a team is going to improve from the situation that they are in. But it was absolutely the opposite of that with Zimbabwe cricket. And I definitely think that Zimbabwe players should get more money compared to what they are getting from the cricket board for sure.

It surprises me that Zimbabwe's performance has suddenly deteriorated so much. Even a few years ago Zimbabwe's performance was quite good and they would have qualified to fight with the likes of Bangladesh and Sri Lanka but now their performance has gone down a lot. They failed to qualify for the T20 World Cup, defeating Uganda to qualify for the World Cup where Zimbabwe were the most likely. Ever since Zimbabwe failed to qualify for the T20 World Cup, it has become clear that this team is not what it used to be and it will take time for this team to recover. Maybe because of being out of international cricket for several days, their performance has deteriorated so much. They need to play regular international cricket again and be in practice only then they can return to their former form.

When it comes to bilateral series then India could be the strongest team to defeat in the limited overs format but considering the Indian squad which is not their first tier squad for t20 and ODI so they got some test for them in the bouncing pitches which is entirely different from Indian pitches.

In the end Ireland team won the series by winning 2 out of 3 matches. Harry Tector and George Dockrell batted brilliantly. Harry Tector scored a half-century but George Dockrell could not complete his half-century as they won the match. Ireland team performs well against smaller teams. The match was abandoned due to rain. And now the team wanting to win will have to win both of the matches that are left to actually win the series. It will be interesting to see if they are actually going to be able to avoid a draw. And I am not going to say that South Africa is going to win because India is a very capable team.

Honestly, I am not very much interested in the test cricket. It is just too much time consuming and at the same time, almost all the teams try to take advantage in test cricket by manipulating the pitches. Which even though I know that is going to happen, I definitely do not like it.
