I really enjoyed Jasprit Bumrah bowling and his bowling style is interesting to watch. He took 2 wickets in his two overs and Ireland made a total of 139 runs. Ireland would have a difficult time defending this score even if there was no interruption in the match.

We could not witness the batting performance of the Indian team as they won the match scoring 47 runs only on DLS Method. I found an interesting turnaround in the match when Craig Young took 2 wickets in an over (5 balls to be exact) and the rain affected the match resulting in the Indian team win.

New Zealand's batting performance is still very good as they scored 94 runs in 14 overs but they are a bit weak in terms of wickets as they have already lost 5 wickets. But the way they are playing it seems they will give UAE a target of over 140 runs. UAE may be a good team but they are not very good so you can't call them win potential. New Zealand are not bad at cricket so we can expect them to win. A target of 150+ runs is generally considered a good target in T20 matches. New Zealand may fall into this today

India won the match that too with great difficulty,if the last two ball did not hit sixes then India would have lost this win.This match was more interesting than expected.The best performance of the Indian players was jasprit Bumarh .He returned to the Indian team after 11 months and became the captain .At the same time, he took two wickets of Ireland, due to which the entire team of the ireland was under pressure.His captaincy proved good for India.

Injury has taken its toll on Bumrah. I am not sure whether he will be the same bowler ever again. He took two important wickets, but speed as well as swing has gone down.

One thing is for sure. He needs to retire from at least 1 format, my guess would be ODI after the WC.

Retiring from the test won't make any sense because he only plays in the SENA countries so 4-5 test every year should be alright. Then there is T-20, due to IPL.

Apart from Aryansha Sharma, none of the batsmen in the UAE squad batted well. If Aryansha could have been supported by one more batsman then maybe the hot UAE team is able to defeat New Zealand. Mohammad Washeem, Ali Naseer and Asif Khan are good enough players. They could not bat well in the first match. But if they are able to bat well today, it will be difficult for New Zealand to win the series. This UAE team has the ability to beat New Zealand. However, they have very few experienced players in the squad. However, the first match was quite exciting. Hope we get another exciting match today.

The second T20 match of the series between New Zealand and UAE is going to be played later. UAE's performance in the first match impressed everyone. Excellent performance by UAE players. And it looked like they might be going to win. New Zealand's performance was a bit weak in this match.

New Zealand's batsmen's performance was erratic in the first match. They probably thought that UAE would bowl so well. Also, the UAE squad has several excellent batsmen. That's why if New Zealand wants to win today's match, they will have to play very carefully. Otherwise there is a possibility of defeat against UAE. Other than Southee and Santner, no other bowler bowled very well in the New Zealand squad. Today, their bowlers will have to bowl under control.

In the end, the partnership between Curtis Campher and Barry McCarthy rescued Ireland from complete oblivion. The top-4 batsmen could add only 24runs between them. But then India also lowered the guard and allowed the two Irish batsmen to rebuild the innings. McCarthy towards the end took a heavy toll on the Indian bowlers, by hitting them for boundaries all around. But then, Arshdeep Singh and Jasprit Bumrah managed to do exceptionally well during the 18th and 19th overs. Ireland got just 3 runs from these two overs. But then all the hard work was wasted when Arshdeep went for a massive 22 runs during the final over.

Right Barry McCarthy has a brilliant half century 53 runs not out from 33 balls his batting played an important role in Ireland inning and Curtis Campher is also played well 39 runs in 33 balls these partnership helps Ireland to rescue and set a 140 runs Target. From India Yashasvi Jaiswal played 24 runs in 23 balls and Ruturaj Gaikwad played 19 runs unbeaten inning. Ireland bowler Craig will take 2 wickets But Due to Rain interception played stopped and India is ahead of 2 runs per over. By the DLS method India wins this match by 2 runs.

If you ask me about India’s performance, then I would say it is very average. I mean yes if they made Ireland team all out before 20th Over, then I could have praised them more. Indian players are well experienced I must say, as all of them have played decent amount of matches in IPL, but still they didn’t completely won single handly. They were struggling against Ireland, which is one of the weakest team. I would say rain was the man of the match, as both team’s batting was really average.

Satisfactory? I don't think so. Irish top order collapsed completely and at one point they were at 59/6. From there Curtis Campher and Barry McCarthy rescued them and propelled them towards a decent score. And even during the second innings, Indian batsmen were looking quite comfortable against the Irish bowlers until Craig Young was introduced. Anyway, this is a 3-match series, and therefore Ireland has a couple of chances more to make an impact. But then their recent form is not very encouraging.

The Ireland captain had a bit of a decision-making error as to where to bowl. If Criag Young had made it in the second and fourth overs, India's wicket would surely have fallen. Then the Indian team would have been under a lot of pressure, as the Irish team was under a lot of pressure after the first over of the match with the fall of 2 wickets. Although the Indian team won with a lot of difficulty as they won by just two runs and there was a fall of wickets as well. And the Ireland team could not put any pressure on the bowling side but in the end Craig Young did a very good bowling service but could not create any pressure towards the last. But the opening batsmen of the Indian team managed to win because of the best performance as they could not put any pressure on the wicket which was a positive point for the Indian team.
