Bangladesh has always been a competitive team as far as T20 format is concerned they have shown good performances in that rather than other formats ODI and test .
This series is an example of that but still shocked and surprising to see England end in a whitewash.

LOL.... Bangladesh is anything but consistent. They perform pathetically whenever they play in SNEA conditions. And apart from Shakib al Hasan, they don't have someone who performs consistently (although Litton Kumer Das is showing a lot of promise lately). England was whitewashed because of their own weaknesses. First of all, they didn't made the proper preparations once they landed in Bangladesh. And secondly, their spinners couldn't make use of the helpful pitch conditions and trouble the Bangladeshi batsmen. And finally, the England batsmen were clueless against the Bangladeshi spinners.

Stats of Bangladesh on there home ground are always better then how they perform elsewhere. They even have whitewashed Pakistan in ODI series played in Bangladesh few years back.
PCB must learn something from this, even Bangladesh prepare home pitches that suit them. We have seen pitches in Pakistan that resulted in the loss of 3 consecutive home test series.

The performance from Ben Stokes from the tail end have made England win several matches. His absence had really affected the performance of England team. As said the series win couldn't be changed, but England might've avoided the whitewash of the T20 series. The teams to win the toss decided to bowl in every match, but things worked for Bangladesh and England failed. Each format of cricket have got difference. ODI is completely different and it was good that Bangladesh had emerged and improved a lot.

Ben Stokes has made it clear that it is "unsustainable" for him to continue with all three formats of the game. He wanted to concentrate on the T20Is and test format, but the ECB excluded him from the T20I selection last year. At this point, he is participating only in the test format. Still, with an excellent domestic system (probably the best in the world), I would have thought that England had a pool of enough younger players to replace seniors like Stokes. That doesn't seems to be the case and they still struggle with player selection, especially when playing abroad.

Bangladesh almost shows some matches like this. But there are some players of Bangladesh who are very good quality players but due to their own weakness Bangladesh is so behind today. If they can play like this in almost every match then maybe they can do much better in future.  But due to their poor performance, Bangladesh is far behind today. Just like the bowling line, the batting line is very strong.  But because of their own weakness they are unable to do anything good.
Lack of confidence is seen among the Bangladeshi players. They cannot trust themselves. At times they perform so well in certain matches that they are able to pose a big hurdle for any other team but they cannot maintain that consistency. In this way their cricket is passing the day. But I believe if their board gives opportunities to good players without resorting to corruption then their cricket can develop immensely.

6th attempt but they did it anyway and this time credit goes to young local batters, which was a nice experience. I reckon now Koach will do a video call with these girls for some marketing, well makes sense in terms of branding.  Tongue
Lol. I was expecting RCB to lose their 6th game on the trot after they lost Devine and Perry pretty quickly, but their middle order saved them. Ahuja and Ghosh performed well for the first time in this series.

I still feel that they are already out of the tournament at this point, but a win is still a win at the end of the day.

England recently won T20 World Cup and are a good T20 side. Its no doubt great performance by Bangladesh to whitewash the T20 world champion. Bangladesh performance at there home ground is always outstanding, very much evident from this home series.
After this series, Ireland is coming to play T20, ODI and Test in Bangladesh and its great chance for Bangladesh to improve there ranking in all three formats.
England team is very strong in T20 format. Every player in their squad is talented. And the best batsmen in the world are in England's squad. However, England's batsmen's performance against Bangladesh was very disappointing. I don't think England played badly because the pitch was bowling friendly. Because the Bangladeshi batsmen played well on the same pitch. England's performance has deteriorated badly. And I will say that if England can't get back on track before the next ODI match then I don't expect England to do very well in the next ODI World Cup.

England was missing only one key player. And he is Ben Stokes in my opinion. Probably if England had Ben Stokes on the team, the results could have been a little different. I am not saying that the three-zero result was going to be changed. But probably England was going to do a little better. But of course, this type of performance was never expected from England. After all, they are the world champions of the T20 format right now.

But one thing that I have to say is, we cannot compare the results of the T20 format with the ODI format. Because in that ODI format, the result and performance of England were very good.

Being a whitewash in England's T20 series with Bangladesh will not be easy for England fans and cricket lovers to accept. Because where a strong cricket team like England beat Pakistan in the 2022 World T20 World Cup and achieved the glory of becoming champions in the final, it seems incongruous that a team like Bangladesh would be whitewashed. But one thing is clear that it is very difficult to win the series with Bangladesh at the home ground of Bangladesh especially at Mirpur National Stadium. Bangladesh cricket team performed like 11 Royal Bengal Tigers in Mirpur Stadium. So England losing the T20 series with Bangladesh in Mirpur is not incongruous at all.

I think even the Pitch bowling is friendly but England Bowler's could not take advantage of the that. I am really surprised that this is the same England team that beat Bangladesh in ODI series. Weaknesses have been noticed in both the batting and bowling side of the England team. Anyway Bangladesh take their revenge of that ODI series in this T20 format.
However, yongstars have a lot of credit behind this series win in Bangladesh Specially Shanto he make a awesome role in holr series. Shakib al hassan has also showed his top all rounder performance.. I would also like to congrats to Bangladesh as they beat the champion of t20.

Its all about being lucky at home ground and little factor of England performance which was disaster in these matches.  Don't know why they seemed to be distracted and their was something missing in all 3 matches  , may be they didn't prepared themselves for this series .

Never expected this from England and Bangladesh whitewash really, what went wrong with England why such bad performance.  Either Bangladesh pitch is not suitable for then or they were under some spell of overconfidence.
Bangladesh well done and congratulations 🎊

Bangladesh team did an incredible performance. In the T20 series Bangladesh team win the series which seems to be a dream to many. When England came to Bangladesh, it was thought that England would lose one day and win the T20 series. But this assumption takes the opposite. Bangladesh lost the one-day series and was able to make England Whitewash in T20. Bangladesh's victory against the big team is nothing new in their home ground. However, this is a big win in the history of Bangladesh cricket.

What Bangladesh cricket team has shown to the world this time is really surprising. By winning three consecutive matches against England, they have shown that the Bangladesh Cricket Board has become very strong indeed. It is surprising to hear that a team like England has been whitewashed by Bangladesh. In the beginning, they thought that they can beat Bangladesh very easily, but Bangladesh whitewashed them by destroying all their hopes. Congratulations to Bangladesh Cricket Team.
You are exaggerating here. Bangladesh did outperform England by whitewashing them in the T-20 series, but England did defeat them in the ODI series and the test series between them ended in a draw. Entire series ended as a draw basically.

So, despite this loss, England still has a chance to redeem themselves and potentially add another World Cup win to their impressive record.
I doubt that. They won the last World Cup thanks to insane luck and shitty ICC rules which is why I am not expecting them to retain the cup.

Holy shit!! Bangbros whitewashed Poms?

Hahaha.
I liked the term you used to express your feelings. LOL.
Who knew that Bangladesh would White wash English in the Short Format of cricket? Bangladesh was doing worst in this format among the other formats. They have improved in ODI's for the last couple of years. Especially when they played on home grounds, they were unbeatable. Bangladesh did not lose any ODI series in the last five years on their home ground (Except the last ODI series against England). Isn't it impressive? Another fun fact is Bangladesh Only lost Two ODI series in the last Ten Years on their home grounds. Both series were against England. The first was in 2016-2017, a 2-1 Win For England. The 2nd one is the most recent, and it's the same 2-1 win for England. Only England Was indeed able to win the ODI series against Bangladesh In Bangladesh in the last ten years.
Bangladesh really showed their dominance over England in their recent series at home. It's no secret that Bangladesh are used to roar when they play on their home turf. But they should transform the winning attitude in away matches as well. Although England put up a good fight, they just couldn't quite get the job done. It does raise some questions about their team's depth, mentality, and attitude. But history has shown that after a defeat against Bangladesh, England tends to bounce back strong. This whitewash may actually give them the fuel they need to fire up and perform well in upcoming competitions, such as the World Cup. So, despite this loss, England still has a chance to redeem themselves and potentially add another World Cup win to their impressive record.

All the players of Bangladesh played very well in the match. Bangladesh fans are very happy after winning this series. But I thought that Bangladesh might not win the match because if Bangladesh team wins one match then Bangladesh will perform poorly in the next match. But in this series Bangladesh has performed very well.won the series

Series win of 3-0 against a team that is a part of pig-4 is unexpected and a huge morale booster for the Bangladesh national team. But they need to win more matches in SENA nations. I am not taking away anything from their win, but it was supported by helpful conditions where the spinners could trouble the opposing batsmen. Bangladesh has performed poorly in major ICC tournaments. The next T20 World Cup is scheduled for 2024 (hosted by West Indies and the USA), and hopefully they will be able to perform better next year.
