Pant batting at the top order is a nice move due to his gameplay, just give him 5-6 matches if he fails then others are waiting in line.

In the last World Cup, they performed brilliantly till the Semi final. They had to leave after losing to Pakistan in the semi final.

What a great win India got. India has performed well. They scored great runs against the New Zealand bowling. But the reputation of India's bowling has to be improved. They have been able to beat the New Zealand batsmen brilliantly.

Today the star batsman from India was Suryakumar Yadav. He scored 111 runs in only 51 balls and it was a game changer for the Indians. When India made 190+ runs in the first innings it was almost impossible for the New Zealand to chase this big score.

Another interesting moment of this match was Tim Southee hattrick. He took the wickets of Hardik Pandya, Deepak Hooda and Washington Sundar in the 19th over. It was too late for New Zealand as the damage was already done by the Yadav's century.

India really played very well today as the target of 191 runs in 20 overs is a big target and New Zealand have already played 15 overs but they managed to score only 98 runs in fourteen overs which indicates that they are not able to meet this target. They now need 95 runs in 5 overs which is never going to be met. New Zealand need at least 19 runs per over if they want to win this match. Which they will never be able to do so India's victory is guaranteed today

I was quite confident about the match that India will do well with this new squad. Because Ishan Kishan, Pant and Suryakumar Yadav are devastating players. Although Ishan Kishan and Pant did not do well in today's match but one of them remained unbeaten with 111 runs from 51 balls. This is a big moment in the international T20 career of Suryakumar Yadav. Indian players are not to be underestimated in any way. Most of us were confused about the play with the new squad especially except Virat Kholi and some others senior player.
