Depends on merit. At least compared to the other South African batsmen, Temba Bavuma has underperformed at international level. On top of that, he is more suitable for the test format. Dean Elgar's case is similar to Steve Smith of Australia. He is also not suitable for T20 format. On the other hand, Sisanda Magala went for a massive amount of ZAR 5.4 million. Lungi Ngidi was sold for ZAR 3.4 million. So race played hardly any part in this auction. It needs to be seen though, whether the South African Board will force quotas for the franchise league in the long term.

All the teams mentioned are in good form. Finally I expect West Indies to make some unexpected performance and win the World Cup. As it is T-20 cricket, any form of lead can happen. Sure, you can watch this match live if you are living in India or Australia as the match will be on the national sports channels. Globally also there will be wide coverage of this match.
