When it’s like this the best thing to do is just sit back in your comfy chair and enjoy the silence. Everything gonna be safe. Don’t rush and don’t do quick and stupid desicions. Market gonna go up soon by soon I mean in the end of the year. That’s what I am doing and suggest to you us well.
When the market is falling, it is worthwhile to understand that there are coins that are more resistant to dumps and after that they will be able to recover, and there are such that on the contrary - weaker ones.
Hold and pray for the cryptomarket's increasing in the end of such falling. I am holding all my cryptocurrencies now and I sleep quite calm with minimizied losses.

The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

The thing is that what happened in late December 2017-January 2018 was something new and there are still no recipies what to do and how the market would behave. when the market falls like today, we just have to wait and save the city coins and when the market starts to recover it's time we invest.

Its a horrible market, but at times like this you need to change your mindset, think of it as a super sale on crypto, keep funds aside from your big profit days for times like this. If you have done your research and believe in the alt coin you invested in.. it will pay off later on.

Tactics is to have huge patience and always alert to price changes.
When there is a similar situation on the market, I prefer to sit in fiat. Only when the trend changes I start trading again
