Shane Gibbs, one of the main targeted individuals chosen to appear on a Vice documentary about the program was so disgusted by the way they were portrayed in the documentary, he decided to make it his mission to get the word out there and get as much help as possible for the victims of this technology and crimes against humanity. "Usually before Gang Stalking begins the targeted individual may at first be placed under covert forms of surveillance. The person will probably be monitored 24/7. Foot patrols and vehicle patrols maybe used to follow the individual as well as electronic means as part of the monitoring, psychological profiling process. Once the psychological profile is complete, the Gang Stalking can commence.

Gang Stalking generally originates from when a covert investigation is opened on an individual and teams of plain clothes police officers, citizen informants/snitches and snoopers are deployed to obsessively harass the targeted individual usually to an extreme degree."

I think we need to add chip on people so we can track this kind of psyche whenever they act like gangstalking we can easily detect it with a nano chip implanted to people. "Stasi By the 1970s, the Stasi (German Ministry for State Security) had decided that the methods of overt persecution that had been employed up to that time, such as arrest and torture, were too crude and obvious. It was realised that psychological harassment was far less likely to be recognised for what it was, so its victims, and their supporters, were less likely to be provoked into active resistance, given that they would often not be aware of the source of their problems, or even its exact nature. The Stasi perfected the technique of psychological harassment of perceived enemies known as Zersetzung, a term borrowed from chemistry which literally means "decomposition". Zersetzung was designed to side-track and “switch off” perceived enemies so that they would lose the will to continue any “inappropriate” activities. 
 
Tactics employed under Zersetzung involved the disruption of the victim’s private or family life. This included psychological attacks, such as breaking into homes and subtly manipulating the contents, in a form of gaslighting – moving furniture, altering the timing of an alarm, removing pictures from walls or replacing one variety of tea with another. Other practices included property damage, sabotage of cars, purposely incorrect medical treatment, smear campaigns including sending falsified compromising photos or documents to the victim’s family, denunciation, provocation, psychological warfare, psychological subversion, wiretapping, bugging, mysterious phone calls and mail tampering. Victims had no idea that the Stasi were responsible. Many thought that they were losing their minds and suicide resulted. One advantage of the harassment under Zersetzung was that its subtle nature meant it could be plausibly denied. The present program is exactly the same mode of operation."
