The Dev/Ohad is very knowledgeable and very professional. I need to buy more but the current exchange does not have a lot of liquidity. I'm still waiting for the alpha version hopefully this year

to all, after a conversation with Ronny being openledger's manager (appeared on our public telegram group and then we spoke some more in private), things should work, should be able to trade agrs on openledger just fine, and given volume it'll also appear on coinmarketcap

You are correct.

My understanding is that you can send AGRS to a BTC address and as long as you control the private key to that address you can import it into an omniwallet address at a later time.
Or am I mistaken here?

I want to post this just as a reminder to everyone out there. Do not trust anyone when it comes to making online transactions. Due to the coin being de-listed people (me) are now resorting to other means to trade.. (I was interested in picking up more tokens). Me and the seller agreed on price and decided to split up the total mount into into smaller txs in order to reduce risk. I think this person was really going to trade me and did have the tokens the said they would sell me but after my first transaction they decided they would rather keep the BTC I sent them and cut off all communication. The amount was .1BTC which is not huge but it's more disappointing that this person would chose be greedy and immoral for a couple hundred dollars. Even more so because they did not seem like they were the typical scammer type. This person and I chatted and they seemed genuine and like a normal person. Anyway, lesson learned. No faith in humanity lol.
