I think one of the main concerns for people in terms of technological advancements is the power it could give to the individual, destructive power that it. They say with moors law the speed of advancement increases by 2x. The same can be said for an individuals power to destroy the world, it is increasing at an equivalent pace. What happens when you can print guns in your bedroom or create a killer virus in your bedroom?

This is very pessimistic but constantly advancing technologically can have great dangers.

There are a lot of benefits of technology like the progress of the medical sphere, new kinds of electronic devices, internet and so on. But there are also a lot of disadvantages like military weapons (but even without this there would still be wars), new sicknesses that are developing because of the chemicals and etc. So as you can see, technology can be good and bad for humans.

It's not the technology that is the problem. No matter how great a tech is, it depends on the person who is actually using it. For example, people were raised in arms because of the creation of the printing press, same goes for canned goods, then the gun now the internet. All these sre merely tools. The problem is us humans. We have no concept of waiting, of self restraint or even consideration for others. All we think about is ourselves that is why we use such technologies and view the bad effects and blame the tools themselves.

Technologies are helping us thats a act, and God let people discover things for His Glory and it is for His greatest plan. All things happen for a reason as indicated in the bible. There is nothing wrong improving One's life the real problem is the people using it.

For example, nuclear can be used to power up millions of homes, or it can be used to destroy the whole humanity.

Every thing has two sides, good and bad. Even technology, too, has a positive and a negative side, depending on how we use technology.
If you use technology positively and use it properly, it will help you a lot in your life. Conversely, if you do not know how to use them,
it will cause you many negative things.
To me, the technology is almost harmless, it does not impact me badly because I know how to use it.

you can always opt out. No one is stoping you from moving to the country side and live in a selfreliant life style.

I'm sure that advancement of technology has many good effect on us but all of those positive effects has a counterpart which is the negative side. We all know technology has makes our daily activities, task,workloads more easier and faster but moat of the people are being lazy just because they are all know that there's technology that will accomplish anything.

This also applies in fact the effects of great technology will affect the new mind polo as well as the lesser family time he prefers to play mobile phones. fraud and crime will increase because of the ease of technology for humans. so be more careful to face technological developments in this year and in the future.
