That is what I see technology bringing as it keeps advancing and when things are getting easier, then things get cheaper, problems are quickly solved, you won't see companies having to pay a huge number of workers or laborers, and still not get a good efficiency compared to the use of a machine and so many more.

Technology to me might only have a disadvantage where some might lose their jobs, but I believe it cannot be that bad, that in every area, machines will completely take over the jobs of humans. In every technology, one way or the other, there will still be a human behind most of the control, but the reality is that it makes job easier to do.

You are not actually completely correct. The new generation is always looking for something much easier and profitable to work with and they do not want their most of the time to be spent. The generation is also getting into several works to earn a really good passive earnings and that is indeed great because it would make the world much more developed ahead.
I don't know much about the rest but the ones i meet are mostly engaged into cryptos and are really getting some good profits.
I would like to teach my son about it too so that he could get the best out of time.

One thing with this generation is that they are smart to always evolve and then be able to blend in the area where they would be needed mostly as time goes on. AI and blockchain technology may eventually take care of a lot of things, in getting work done quickly, in producing certain things and so on, but at the same time, this does not change the fact that people will still be needed in different phases where technology may still be needed to being handles and where it can't cover.

Yes, with the increase in technology of various types in real life, we should make work easier and less time required with maximum results. But this has not been fully implemented because the government is still developing it and researching it from all aspects. That way the millennials now and in the future will enjoy services or technology that makes life or work easier, faster, and of course quality too.

This issue is not due to the fault of technology. Nor it is a fault of capitalism. It is mainly because of the increase in educated population. The basic demand and supply rule.

In my country, when my parents got into a job, a normal bachelors degree was considered a great qualification. Now, even post graduation is not sufficient for many low paying jobs.

I have seen hundreds of Engineers are working in BPO companies because they could not find a job befitting their education.

It is just the supply of qualified manpower has increased as compared to the available opportunities, resulting in decreased payment and increased workload. Simple demand supply rule it is following!

Blaming the capitalist does not matter or dont makes any sense at all, absolutely correct as the technology improve through time so are the living standards like applying for a job, nowadays college degree is primary weapon for getting a work but the experience is still a thing for every company. Technology made us lazy enough not getting hands on to work we are just merely watching a work and telling ourselves we could do that.

Doesn't matter where you go technology is everywhere and its makes our working process fast. Technology and bitcoin together make the future.

I don't think so because when the young generation can use the internet as a new way to make money, I am sure that they can get a lot of money from the internet. today, the young generation can search a lot of opportunity from the internet and they don't have to just stick with the traditional way and they can be able to earn much money. and after they can have a lot of money, they can buy their house too.

Well, that is one way to look at it, considering that the world is digital these days, but one thing I am sure of is that humans will always been needed for a lot of things, no matter how much technology is going to change a lot of things.

However, we do not also need to forget that a lot of things will be limited, most especially when it comes to the area of labor jobs, in which machine is already taking over as it is, and with more improvement in technology, this would be an area in which things would quickly go digitized.

I think that labor is really useful and good for people. If we spend too much time resting, we will not be able to contribute to the great things. Lazy people will be left behind and they will despise. So work as much and as efficiently as possible to contribute to your family and society.

Got some point. As technology tends to improves we people work for more. We want everything to be in an instant. So with this we possibly do thing that will benifit the us to supply our faily needs as an individual. This implies that as people have a huge dream then probably a huge work to do to achieve it.

with technological advances that are growing rapidly, it will be very useful to facilitate a job. in technology that is currently so advanced, what was initially difficult is now easier. all work must only want to get results from their hard work wages, to meet a need.

the young millennials still trying to get work like what the older people did in their past. but if the younger people want to try to get involve and search works on the internet, I am sure that they can get many available works especially if they have skills related to that jobs and I think they can earn bigger money than the traditional jobs. yes, I agree that something here it's not right and they need to realize that to get work, they can do with many ways including to search the jobs on the internet.

I do not think we are working too much. We must work hard to make the world more beautiful and it is the duty of the people. If we are lazy, we will be hated and abandoned by society.

I do believe the capitalism has destroyed the world but again very few among us work the way their ancestors would do. Today, majority of youth work for the elites just for some minimum monthly wages however their ancestors would work for themselves thereby earning much more than today the youth earns. Besides, in olden ages, the marginal productivity was very higher and with the passage of time, today, it has rather declined. This is the reason why we are going down and down.

It is true that with technology advancement we work more but if we look at the working conditions now it is more better than past and it has many aspects like the capitalist is always happy now they have more resources but the labor quantity is high every where and if we not work they will hire another person at less wages so here the labors are not treating well while they even not follow the labor laws so we face these problems and it is not the drawback of technology but capitalist.

yes, I agree with you. It may be that some state authorities have regulated that the current generation always works for a minimum wage just to meet their daily needs. But, nowadays we have to think smarter because working doesn't have to be done outside the home, because from the internet we can also get wages.

I think Technology should only make work easy and quick for people so they can move on to solving other important problems.
I don't want to work less (It is a scary idea to me) neither do I want to do things I hate.
We need to solve problems, and possibly work hard otherwise you'll rot away.

Ofcourse, people must be paid well after working so they can afford to live quality lives. I am not against welfare payments atall as long as they are not coming from unsustainable sources. Welfare could be funded like insurance or through special taxes.
