technology was made for them to help us humans to work faster and make our lives easier than before, but it doesnt mean that it leads to capitalism because for many technologies were made to help to work for certain things but the work to operate is from us.

I think I get your point. Since there is technology now and the aim of this technology is to make our lives easier, technology replaces our work. With technology some tasks or job are now not perform by people. Like for example in the Philippines, applying is now online. There is "jobstreet" where we can find all the job vacancies and apply on it online. Some company's are not accepting walk in because they are appointing it online. Those people who are just invited are allowed to go to the company.
Yes, technology helps our life to become simple, and we don't have to go to the office, and we can send the applications online. But some company still using the traditional method because they still want to meet the employee so they can talk directly to them. But soon, if they see that the technologies come to them and they understand that the technologies can be a good solution to solve the problem, they will use it, and they will grow more in the future. I think in the future, we can get work in many places and we don't have to stay at the office because we have a new technology that always helps us to do multitasking from other areas.

It's the same as blockchain and cryptocurrency technology which was made by Satoshi Nakamoto, which aims to make it easier for humans to automate records and transactions therein. Not only that, but cryptocurrency can also provide "protection value" to hyperinflation that occurs in a country.

Why we work more because true is that there are demographic problems in westerners societies no hands to work cost of work are very high often

Regardless of the level of technology those that are lazy are never going to get the same success as those that are willing to work hard, I see a lot of people that claim to have bad luck in their lives and the truth is that they are very lazy and they are not willing to work hard to obtain the same results that all of those that work hard, so even with the current technology you cannot replace a strong work ethic. 
yes you are right this technology will always evolve and technology will move faster so you must be able to know the technology that is developing to be able to take advantage of the benefits of that technology and you will make yourself more advanced than others, you must have the spirit to want to know and want to try new technology.

It an innovation. Technology keeps our life to be more efficient and progressive. It goes hand on hand with our daily life and that includes our economy. Like the blockchain technology, it is mich easier for us to have an online transaction for paying our goods without that much hassle. But on the bad side of it, the possibility of removing the workforce will be eliminated due to modern equipment and technology is less expensive and faster. There will be always a two face involving in our new era progression.

Technology has to go with the development of a country. In developing countries, even if you do the same job, the salary is quite different. Difference depends on the development of that country. Progressive technology will entail the need for skilled labor. Right, the presence of technology makes it easier for us to work, even the presence of the internet makes us not need to come to the office every day because it can be done at home.
Technology can make your job easier but it makes you work longer, now that people have smart phones with them all the time they are reachable every single hour of every single day and that is a problem because in the past you went to your job and worked there for 8 to 10 hours but after that you forgot about your job, but now your boss can bother you at your home thanks to your smart phone. those companies sees their employees as a robot whatever the rate is those people will stick to them because they dont have choice, company nowadays they dont want to give a good salary because when the employee can start a business they will leave the company meaning the company must hire another people and it is much costly to them.

I think the real goal of improving and making a new technology is to help the people to lessen the work when they are working but what happen right now is almost all the companies and factories are just using technology instead of hiring people to work for them so many are losing work because of that.

Technology is created for a better worlds and better place to be,and to create more convenience to people works with high production and quality otherwise there are times that because of improvement our natures would been afected due to building some infrastracture and other technological system,but in terms of crypto technolgy they only creating a world with a cashless society.
With technology improvement, a lot of people in some countries still get well paid salary even as efficiency increases with technology and are really doing well. If anything is to be blamed for any low wage or over working, which should be based on the government itself and has nothing to do with improvement in technology at all.
Working more is relative in advanced technology! I believe with the introduction of technology, our work in the respective area must have been reduced. This is partly the advantages of using/having technology!

Improved technology helps people work less but the effect is higher and that is why many technological innovations are made around the world. Developing modern technology is the driving force for economic development in countries.
